Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Seobuk-gu

I visited for the second time! I was so impressed with my first visit, so I was more excited for the second visit, but it was a satisfying trip. Caring and friendly host, clean room, cozy and emotional mood! Everything was good:) ♡ I feel it every time, but it's a very special and happy trip to feel welcomed and welcomed! I was always touched by the host's sense and consideration◡.

We needed a last minute accommodation after our first one fell through. The host was very responsive and helped us tremendously. I wish we had found this first and stayed the entire week. If we come back we will definitely stay here again. We are a family of 3 and we were very comfortable.

A fantastic apartment, easy to check, very spacious with lots of storage. Close to convenience stores and not far from Pyeongtaek-si station. I would definitely stay again if we visit in the future.

Great place to stay just outside of Humphreys. Easily an $1800 apartment in a lot of places in the US, but my stay wound up being much cheaper than that and I had a great stay

What's the matter? It was really comfortable and smelled like towels, and I think it was because I used it a lot, but they also gave me snacks and cute scrubbers. If you sleep on the second floor, you'll sleep really well. The owner is friendly and the best in many ways. There's nothing missing!!

This is a lovely space in a wonderful location. The windows look out to the large and beautiful lake park, which is always lively with people out on walks and picnics on nice days. I'd say one of the best parts of our stay here is its close promixity to this park, which is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The host is responsive and welcoming. Overall pleasant experience!

Unsuk’s apartment is great for a small, young family. My husband and I, along with our toddler had a comfortable stay here. We even walked to Starfield Anseong (20-25min walk on a mostly flat path), or 5-min drive by car. Free parking is available at the apartment block. There are three lifts to get to the apartment. There are enough restaurants and marts within 5min walk from the apartment. The house was clean, towels provided, bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable, the big 2-1 washing machine & dryer was very handy. There was an espresso machine and the induction stove worked well. Overall, we were impressed with the listing and would stay here again in the future if we come to Anseong. Unsuk is also very responsive, kind and helpful. Thank you Unsuk!

The accommodation was beautiful, the transportation was good, there was a convenience store, and it was nice.

I came to Pyeongtaek for the first time with my family, and I was a little worried because there were a lot of people, but there were a lot of bedding, and I parked up to 2 cars comfortably in parallel. My son is at the age of crawling, and there were many things to see both inside and outside, so we had a fun weekend.

It's neat, spacious, and nice.

It was cozy and clean when I walked in the door, which made me feel so good. The room was comfortable, especially since the air conditioner was already running. The parking space was available for two cars. There are many Korean restaurants nearby, and it was nice to take a walk along the stream. I was happy with this place :)

I was looking for a place to stay to prepare for a meeting in the Asan area, so I booked 'Asan Stay' and stayed the night before. At dusk, the seven of us entered the accommodation together~ Everyone was amazed. “I can't believe there's such a charming house in a rural village!!” The wooden building was nicely decorated, and it was nice, 4 rooms and a living room that was just right for meetings, 3 bathrooms, a courtyard decorated like a gallery, and cute accessories~ I was amazed for a while, perhaps because they didn't have high expectations. Even after the preparatory meeting, we enjoyed the happiness of the joyful people in the room, and we became rich overnight. I recommend this place (Asan Stay) that gave a happy night to the seven men who were very ripe.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was amazing in the showers. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The host was kind and friendly... and if you have any questions, they will help you right away... and there are things to enjoy nearby.The food was good... The accommodation was warm, so it was affectionate... and clean. The surroundings are quiet, so... it was very~~ good for resting... It's close to Cheonan Asan Station. You have a lot to brag about... haha I want to tell you to go and experience it.

I was so satisfied that I thought it was really good to book here. First of all, I really like the bedding. It doesn't smell, and it's fluffy, and the blanket is cool, but sometimes it's noisy when you move. This one wasn't like that. It's really 5-star bedding. Also, the bathroom has foam cleansing, body wash, shampoo, toothpaste, etc. It was so comfortable, and the towels were thick and absorbent, so it was nice. I could watch YouTube and Netflix with the beam projector, so I installed it in the bedroom and watched it, and that was so nice. The interior was so well done, and the single sofa in the bedroom was comfortable. The only thing that was unfortunate was that when I first arrived, I looked for Wi-Fi, but there weren't enough outlets behind the TV?So the code wasn't plugged in. So, it was a pity that there was a multi-tap, but the bedding was the best among the accommodations I went to, and I'm willing to revisit. There weren't many reviews, but I highly recommend it.

It was a clean and nice place to stay close to Jihechal. In particular, the host responded quickly and helped me a lot so that I didn't have any inconvenience in staying. I recommend it.

I booked it while looking for a place to stay in Dongtan, and I liked it because it was a clean and spacious duplex apartment. It was convenient to have a restaurant and a convenience store right below the accommodation. Thank you for responding to the message quickly. If I come to the Dongtan area again, I want to visit again.

It was reasonably quiet because it was far from the downtown area, but it was convenient enough to walk around, and the subway station and bus stop were close. The accommodation was also very tidy, and there were many cooking utensils and seasonings in the kitchen, so it was good for cooking.

I had an amazing stay at Ady’s place in Seoul! The location was fantastic—just a short 6-minute walk from Seoul National University subway station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood was quiet yet well-connected, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. But more than anything, the highlight of my experience was Ady. From the moment I arrived, Ady was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed—like leaving my baggage with her while gone to Busan for a short trip. Staying here made my time in Seoul even more special, and I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a great stay with a fantastic host, this is the place to be. There is a dryer when you come on a short business trip, so it's very convenient.

I had nowhere to go during the move, but I had a really good stay with my 9-month-old baby. ❤️
