두번째 방문했어요! 처음 방문에 넘 감동을 받은지라 두번째 방문에는 더 기대감이 컸지만 역시나 만족스러운 여행이었습니다 ˘͈ᵕ˘͈ 배려넘치고 친절한 호스트님, 깨끗한 방, 아늑하고 감성 넘치는 무드! 다 다 좋았어요 :) ♡ 매번 느끼는 거지만 귀빈 대접 받는 느낌, 환영 받는 느낌에 너무나 특별하고 행복한 여행이 되는 숙소예요! 호스트님의 센스와 배려에 늘 감동받고 갑니당 ◡̈⃝

We needed a last minute accommodation after our first one fell through. The host was very responsive and helped us tremendously. I wish we had found this first and stayed the entire week. If we come back we will definitely stay here again. We are a family of 3 and we were very comfortable.

A fantastic apartment, easy to check, very spacious with lots of storage. Close to convenience stores and not far from Pyeongtaek-si station. I would definitely stay again if we visit in the future.

Great place to stay just outside of Humphreys. Easily an $1800 apartment in a lot of places in the US, but my stay wound up being much cheaper than that and I had a great stay

뭐 항상이요 정말 편하고 수건향기롭고 자주 이용해서 그런지 간식도 챙겨주시고 귀여운 수세미도 챙겨주시고 2층에서 자면 정말 꿀잠자요 친절한 사장님까지 여러모로 최고입니다 부족한게 없어요!!

This is a lovely space in a wonderful location. The windows look out to the large and beautiful lake park, which is always lively with people out on walks and picnics on nice days. I'd say one of the best parts of our stay here is its close promixity to this park, which is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The host is responsive and welcoming. Overall pleasant experience!

Unsuk’s apartment is great for a small, young family. My husband and I, along with our toddler had a comfortable stay here. We even walked to Starfield Anseong (20-25min walk on a mostly flat path), or 5-min drive by car. Free parking is available at the apartment block. There are three lifts to get to the apartment. There are enough restaurants and marts within 5min walk from the apartment. The house was clean, towels provided, bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable, the big 2-1 washing machine & dryer was very handy. There was an espresso machine and the induction stove worked well. Overall, we were impressed with the listing and would stay here again in the future if we come to Anseong. Unsuk is also very responsive, kind and helpful. Thank you Unsuk!

청결하고 정말 잘쉬다갑니다. 다만 근처에 식당이없어서 아쉬웠어요ㅠ

가성비 최고 숙소입니다!

가족들과 같이 평택 처음 여행와서, 인원이 많아 다소 걱정 많이 하였는데 침규류도 많고, 주차도 평행으로 최대 2대까지 편하게 주차하였습니다. 아가가 한창 기어다닐 나이인데 안밖으로 볼 거리도 많고 재미있게 보냈던 주말이였습니다.

깔끔하고 넓고 좋습니당

It was cozy and clean when I walked in the door, which made me feel so good. The room was comfortable, especially since the air conditioner was already running. The parking space was available for two cars. There are many Korean restaurants nearby, and it was nice to take a walk along the stream. I was happy with this place :)

아산지역 회의 준비를 위한 숙소를 찾다가 '아산스테이'를 예약하고, 하루 전날 1박하였습니다. 해질녘, 일곱분이 함께 숙소에 들어서는데~ 모두들 감탄하였습니다. “시골 마을에 이런 운치있는 집이 있다니~!!” 목조건물이 아담하게 꾸며져 좋았고, 4룸의 방들과 회의하기 딱 알맞은 거실, 3곳 화장실, 갤러리 한켠처럼 꾸며진 안마당, 아기자기한 소품들~ 기대를 별로 안한 분들이라서인지 한참 동안 감탄했습니다. 준비회의를 마치고 나서도 룸에서 도란도란 들려오는 보릿자루님들의 즐거워하시는 모습에 행복을 함께 누리다가 부자가 되어버린 하룻밤이었습니다. 많이 익어버린 일곱 남자들에게 행복한 하룻밤을 선물해준 이 곳(아산스테이)을 추천합니다.

추석에 11명 가족이 편히 쉬고 왔어요 침구도 깔끔하고 방도 크고 거실이 넓어 번잡하지 않아 좋았어요 넉넉한 식기와 테이블 의자가 있어 식사하기 편했어요 옥상을 사진보다도 더 예쁘게 꾸미고 의자와 테이블이 있어 준비된 빔 프로젝터 로 영화를 보며 파티를 할 수 있어 모두들 너무 인상 깊은 추석이 되었네요 약간 수줍은 음성으로 지난밤 잘 주무셨냐고 전화해주신 호스트님 감사합니다~번창하세요 ^^

정말 여기를 예약하길 잘 했다 생각 들 정도로 만족도가 너무 좋았어요. 먼저 침구류가 너무너무 좋아요 냄새가 안 나는건 물론 적당히 푹신푹신하고 이불도 시원한데 가끔 움직이면 시끄러운 이불이 있는데 여기 있는건 그렇지 않더라고요 정말 5성급 침구류에요 또 욕실에 폼클렌징 바디워시 샴푸 치약등 모든게 구비되있어 너무 편하고 수건도 도톰하고 흡수가 잘 되서 좋았어요. 빔프로젝트로 유튜브 넷플릭스도 볼 수 있어서 침실에 설치 해서 봤는데 그런 것도 너무 좋았어요. 실내 인테리어도 너무 잘 해 놓으셨고 침실 안에 있는 1인 쇼파도 편했어요. 아쉬운 점이라곤 처음 왔을 때 와이파이 찾느라 봤는데 tv 뒤에 콘센트가 부족?해서 코드가 안 꽂혀 있더라고요 그래서 멀티탭이 있었으면 하는 아쉬운 점이 있었지만 가본 숙소중 침구류가 제일 좋았고 재방문 의사가 있을 정도에요. 리뷰가 많이 없던데 강추드립니다잇

지허찰과 가깝고 청결하고 좋은 숙소였습니다. 특히 호스트분이 답변이 빠르시고 지내는데 불편이 없도록 많이 도와주셨습니다. 추천합니다.

동탄에 숙소를 찾던중 예약하게 되었는데 깨끗하고 넓은 공간의 복층 아파트라서 맘에 들었습니다. 숙소 주변에 식당이랑 바로 아래 편의점이 있어서 편리했습니다. 호스트님도 메세지에 신속히 답해주셔서 감사했습니다. 동탄지역에 또 오게되면 재방문하고 싶습니다.

번화가랑 거리가 있어 적당히 조용하면서도 도보로 이동하기 충분하며 지하철역과 버스정류장이 가까워 편리했다. 숙소도 매우 깔끔했고, 주방에 조리도구와 조미료가 많아 요리하기에 좋았다.

I had an amazing stay at Ady’s place in Seoul! The location was fantastic—just a short 6-minute walk from Seoul National University subway station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood was quiet yet well-connected, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. But more than anything, the highlight of my experience was Ady. From the moment I arrived, Ady was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed—like leaving my baggage with her while gone to Busan for a short trip. Staying here made my time in Seoul even more special, and I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a great stay with a fantastic host, this is the place to be.
