Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Seongbuk District

The place was spacious, comfortable and modernly furnished. Home appliances look new and modern. Location is within short train ride to many tourist places. Owner is very responsive and even bought delicious bread on one of the days. Exterior may look a bit old but the interior is great and completely different and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

I honesty cannot express how incredible this home and the hosts were. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The hosts were more than incredible to us. They helped with suggestions, the taxi and even helped called a local supermarket to make sure they were open for us. They were also kind enough to let us grill in the patio which was the perfect way to end our stay. I cannot recommend this home enough and would love to return someday. Thank you so much for the amazing experience and welcoming us to your beautiful country!

I was surprised that the house was comfortable and clean. I felt that it was a place that was really well managed. It was nice to have 2 queen-sized beds in the bedroom, one fluffy and one hard, so you can sleep according to your personal preference. Please note that parking is difficult. ^^

I like the neighbourhood around Ava places. There are a 2 park and one of it is in front of GS25 also actually there is a a traditional market if near the house. The apartment is also near lotte mart and university, not so far from train station, bus station and airport bus. Imo cleaner really nice, she let me put our baggage when she still cleaning the place. The place is actually not as big as i thought but can handle 7 people. The washer and dryer are nice, I use it almost everyday. They are really nice to provide a sterilizer that I asked and also help me to buy a music toy for my baby through Coupang. The only thing that I don't like is their bathroom and toilet, its so narrow and the sink and shower are one pipe, so sometimes I would get splashed because I wanted to use the water in the sink but the water came out in the shower (if you know what I mean). Other than this, everything is good. Thank you Ava and Tony for your hospitality.

It was a very convenient and comfortable room! There were plenty of towels and an extension cord, so there was no trouble. I'd like to stay here again when I come to Korea!

Simply put, one of the best places we have ever stayed. KJ and Paul could not be more helpful and kind. The place is so beautiful and chic, we wish we could live there full time. And the neighborhood is perfect for visiting Seoul: centrally located, convenient to restaurants and subway, and utterly charming. Please note that there is a small attic with a mat on the floor that can be used as a third bedroom, just ask for bedding. It might be a tight fit for some but was perfect for our teenager and I think would be fine for a smaller adult as well. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Just be forewarned that you might fall in love and never want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in South Korea during our company trip, Hatch Design from Singapore. The space was perfect for our group of 10 pax. It's cozy, well-designed, kid-friendly, and just the right size. Chuck was incredibly helpful and very accommodating, making our stay smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for any group trip looking for a warm and comfortable place to stay.

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

Linda’s place was immaculate; it is incredibly clean and tidy and the amenities provided are perfect! The apartment itself feels comfortable and safe, and the other people in the building seem nice and quiet. The lovely guidebook to the apartment was particularly useful!! The surrounding neighbourhood also feels very safe and easily walkable, with a subway station on Line 2 a two minute walk away; lots of cafes and restaurants; the Han river park 10 minutes walk and the up and coming neighbourhood of Seongsu and Seoul Forest a further 15-20 minutes walk (or one stop subway ride)!! The floor to ceiling window is really what makes this apartment so inviting, with a lovely view and lots of light you really can feel right at home here!!

It was an older pension, but I loved the cleanliness that I felt as soon as I entered. The bedding was in good condition and the bathroom was clean! And the reviews said that the owners were friendly, but they were really kind:) He also checked the requests right away and gave us feedback ~ I also liked the mountain view from the room, so I thought it would be nice to come back around spring and have a barbecue outside. The owner's wife also uses a hat at Santa Claus because it's Christmas. Anyway, I'm having a nice day thanks to you:)

I booked a place to stay while traveling with my family My parents were also satisfied, and I was able to stay comfortably while staying at the accommodation! It was more comfortable because it could be used as a private room, and even during the time the child stayed at the accommodation I had a great time! It is well explained so that it can be used conveniently. The accommodation was very clean, so it was so nice! In addition, a variety of pick-up items were prepared and could be used conveniently! Since there was a separate barbecue room, the whole family was able to enjoy a meal without worrying about bugs. It was also great for tea time in the yard or on the second floor terrace! The accommodation was very clean and quiet, so it was nice! I felt that you were thoughtful and cared about each space differently! The view from the bedroom was really nice. I want to come👍🏻 in winter too!

The scenery was beautiful, and there was a crib, a baby bottle cleaner, and a baby bottle wash brush, so it was a great place to bring a child. The front yard and backyard lawn were really nice! I want to come again next time

It's really, really good. The view is good for the air. It's nice to hang out with friends privately. It's a pretty tableware inside, and everything is prepared, so it's nice. You don't have to bring anything separately. Barbecue. Fire pit. Everything is perfect, and there is a pretty space for group photos, so it's an angle to revisit.

It was the best facility I booked for a group gathering. We visited with 15 people and it felt good that everyone was satisfied. The parking lot is spacious and the private yard is beautiful. The valley is right in front of you, so you can take the stairs down. The water is clean and cool. The barbecue facilities are also well equipped. I think you'll give me more towels if you ask for them, but if you're going to the valley, you might want to bring them separately. The cafe is next door, so it's easy to order drinks, and most importantly, the owner is handsome and kind, so I was able to finish the group gathering pleasantly:)
