Our house with a lush garden on the edge of Sapanca Lake is waiting for you to spend time in nature with peace of mind. You can entertain your children in the park in the garden and read your book peacefully on the adult swing. For sports lovers, you can swim in the lake in front of the house in the summer, go for a jog by the lake, water skiing at the Water Sports Center, a five-minute drive away, or ski at the ski resort at the summit of Kartepe in the winter.

Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca lake and has a lake view and heated pool. We also have a patio and fireplaces for the house. Eşme is 800 metres from the city center. 10 minutes to the center of Maşukiye and 10 minutes to Sapanca center and 15 minutes to Forestry.
