Everything impeccable and very new. Quiet location, easy to access. Without the movement of the center.

I loved the style and decoration of the Studio, the room is super warm and very cozy, we went on Friday and came back on Sunday, it was very cold, there is a TV with streaming and a very hot shower, I recommend it.

Great location

We were in Bruna's apartment from 06/13 to 06/15 and we were very well received by Mr. Artur, Bruna's father, gave us all the tips about the place. Bruna is always very attentive and always responds very quickly to all messages that are sent. As for the apartment, it is simple but very clean and well arranged and complete with bed and bath linens, and it is in a calm and quiet place. I recommend hosting. Very good cost benefit.

I had a great stay at the Studio in Serra Negra and strongly recommend it! The environment is very well taken care, clean and welcoming — ideal for those who seek tranquility and comfort. The space is well-planned, with everything you need: comfortable bed, great shower, equipped kitchen and fast internet, perfect even for those who need to work during the trip. It is in a quiet area of the city, with easy car access to the main attractions and local shops. Great for those who prefer more privacy and practicality. The Hosts were extremely attentive and helpful, leaving everything ready for a worry-free stay. A place I would definitely come back to!

excellent stay! Marilza gave us several tips on places to go, eat, shop... The apartment is simple, but very clean and organized, offering items for cooking quietly. Even though it is located in the center, the place is quiet, you can't hear the noise from the street. For those who want to go shopping and stroll around the city, you can leave your car parked and do everything on foot. We left the car on the street and had no problem. Although there are some parking lots nearby. We loved the stay!!!

I was very well received by Fatima. Very kind... we felt at home. In addition to the receptivity in receiving our pets. Our city tour was a 1,000!! It is very much due to the location and receptivity of the AP. I highly recommend it!!

Very organized apartment. Close to restaurants and shops in general. Leonice was very attentive in answering and Shirley, responsible for receiving us, was very attentive. I recommend the site.

Wonderful apartment, all clean, complete kitchen for those who want to save.. Near the main square, close to the Christ, close to the Balneário. With internet available. I went with wife and two children and we were in love, if possible we will be back again for sure.

Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

I would like to express, on behalf of my entire family, our satisfaction in having enjoyed peaceful and invigorating days in the AP of Mr. Neusa and Cláudio and administered by Giovana, their daughter. The AP is a delight, reminiscent of a grandmother's house that embraces you in every detail, we feel the care and affection in every corner as well as the support that the family gave us in an unexpected health situation. The location is excellent for those seeking tranquility and peace, next to a forest with the singing of birds at dawn! We look forward to returning soon! 🙌🏻

Otimo apartment, it has everything we need and it is super well located. Valéria gave several tips for tours and restaurants in the city and was super soliscita. The site was very clean when we arrived and still had a welcome kit.

Apartment with a great location, everything new and clean. Exactly as in the advertisement. For my taste, single mattresses are very soft, but I know it is not possible to please everyone. I no longer recommend it to those who prefer a firmer mattress! Great quality towels, sheets and blankets, well-equipped kitchen, tasteful decoration. This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment and I'll definitely be back.

I spent a weekend with my parents, who are old and everything was very quiet. Good accommodation, with closets, minibar, hot bath. Everything is working and clean!
