Holiday rentals with a pool in Serra Negra

The place is identical to the photos, cozy, a very good fireplace. Very close to the center of Serra Negra (about 10 minutes). The sunset seen from the balcony is beautiful :)

As always, everything was in order, lol. Nothing to complain about from the excellent hosts.

Amazing week in an equally amazing location, everything very organized and clean. Our pets were also able to be at ease, as the space is all fenced in. And the hosts Luiza and Marcelo welcomed us very warmly and were always ready to answer our possible questions. I recommend it!!!

The accommodation is extremely comfortable, clean and complete, with kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens. The view of the gourmet area is beautiful! The host, Creuza, is very solicitous, kind, proactive, grade 1000! Anticipated our check-in and postponed the check-out, offered us extra blankets, made available liquid hand soap, dishcloth, detergent, kitchen bush. The accommodation is very close to the city center and the surroundings are quiet. We leave the car parked in front of the accommodation safely and peacefully. We love and we will definitely be back!

Our hosting experience was simply perfect! From the first contact, host Danilo has shown exceptional attention, always helpful and willing to help with everything we needed. The space was impeccable, exactly as described, providing comfort and warmth in every detail. The host's hospitality made all the difference, making our stay even more special. Undoubtedly, an experience that exceeded our expectations! We recommend with our eyes closed and we will definitely return at the next opportunity. Communication with Tainá was always very quick, she helped us with everything we needed. The place is spacious, cozy. The description already states that you need to bring your own bed/bath linens. We took everything and it was fine. The garage is for one car only, but we left another on the street every day and had no problems or concerns.

Congratulations to Camila and Pedro, the house is very tasty, it was all very clean and organized. Beautiful and air-conditioned pool. Quiet place and very beautiful landscaping. We have a great weekend and we will definitely come back more often.

Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

Top!!! Excellent location, comfortable apartment, exactly as in the pictures and description. The building's staff are very friendly. Very attentive and gentle hosts (Thais and Livia). Our experience was so good, it's the second time we stayed in the apartment this year (January and April)...

It was the third consecutive year that we stayed and it is certainly the best option in Serra Negra! It is a few minutes' walk from the best restaurants and shops, we don't need to take the car out of the garage for anything. Extremely comfortable, spacious and well equipped! Maricy is very nice and caring to us, and super welcoming too! We have a little daughter and she always prepares everything very carefully, even the plug protectors she put in. Speechless, everything impeccable as always. We felt at home.

We were staying on the Easter holiday. The apartment is clean and organized!! The shower is excellent, the kitchen is equipped and the bed and sofas are comfortable. The apartment is located close to good restaurants, and close to the city center, by car we spend less than 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of cool shops and restaurants in the center. It was pleasant days!!! We definitely indicated the hosting.

Apartment with a great location, everything new and clean. Exactly as in the advertisement. For my taste, single mattresses are very soft, but I know it is not possible to please everyone. I no longer recommend it to those who prefer a firmer mattress! Great quality towels, sheets and blankets, well-equipped kitchen, tasteful decoration. This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment and I'll definitely be back.

Apartment very well located, in a green and quiet area, but a few minutes by car from the center of Serra Negra. Great for resting and at the same time enjoying the city's attractions during the day.

My husband and I were very happy with Bruno's apartment. He and his wife welcomed us very well, they even left treats for us in the apartment, chocolate, water, a letter welcoming us, we were very happy with the stay. Amazing apartment, everything was perfect. We thank Bruno, Camila and Isa.

I spent a weekend with my parents, who are old and everything was very quiet. Good accommodation, with closets, minibar, hot bath. Everything is working and clean!
