My husband and I stayed in Juliana's apartment and we have nothing but praise. We were greeted with a note and treats, a special affection upon arrival. She responded promptly to our messages, was flexible with the check-out and the entire apartment space served us very well. In the surroundings, within a two-minute walk, we find markets, bakeries, pharmacies, all nearby. Even on Saturday, there was a fruit and vegetable fair, etc. inside the condominium itself. We went for a walk to see the Arraiá do Amor at the Exhibition Park in Itaipava, it's not close to go on foot, but by Uber in 10 min or if you go by car it's super easy. In general, we love everything! We will definitely return at a next chance!

All details are meticulously thought out to make the apartment cozy and practical for guests. The internet is excellent. I had to work one day in the home office and the connection was impeccable. The flat is exactly as in the photo, located in the best condominium in the region, which has wonderful infrastructure! We only stayed one night but the accommodation was wonderful! It was undoubtedly the BEST AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. EXTREMELY CLEAN, organized, complete with many items for use, all provided by the host. Including inputs and food. Also excellent and clean bed and bath linens. The apartment is comfortable and large, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, as well as an excellent balcony with a nice view of the greenery. The highlight is the large lake inside the condominium, with ducks and fish, and a running track that encircles the place place. The nature there is exuberant. The apartment is new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and is in a beautiful condominium, with a large lake. It is an oasis of beauty and peace. Andrea's accommodation is beautiful, clean and organized! A beautiful decoration, you don't even want to leave! Everything is very comfortable and very clean! Very well equipped with coffee maker, stove, sandwich maker, microwave and even air fryer! She pays attention to the smallest details! I found a box with a needle and thread (which saved me) and a first aid kit with a blood pressure monitor! In one of the rooms, she made sure to leave comics and games like Uno and dominoes, as well as a blanket specifically for children. I found a wealth of details.... In every accommodation there are information and instruction signs. The condominium is beautiful and has a wonderful structure. The doormen and staff in general are polite, receptive and helpful. Andrea gave us tips on how to enjoy the region, restaurants and tours within our family setting. It's a spectacle in everything! We'll definitely be back!

Studio 325 is exactly like in the pictures. All very well cared for, new and smelling. It's that place where you really feel at home, all very practical and organized.
