With covered parking, pool access, in the middle of the area called: "Les milles étangs", on the Bourg en Bresse – Lyon axis, 17 km from Bourg-en-Bresse and 15 km from Villars les Dombes (Parc des Oiseaux). 45 km from Lyon and 2 km from all local shops.

This large studio is upstairs with other similar and adjoining cottages. Each has its own kitchen with appliances, shower & separate toilet. Shared on the same floor are a washing machine & dryer. These cottages are in an old building surrounded by a large park adjoining a large forest. A few steps from a forest, a few minutes walk, by bike, by car, to discover old monuments, gastronomy, hiking, various leisure activities, and to discover Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes-Bourgogne.

Independent studio

Studio with independent access in a village bordering Bourg en Bresse (5 min drive from the city center, 30 min walk). It is located in a quiet environment. A bus stop is 100m from the listing. The train station is a 15 minute walk away. The accommodation is attached to our primary residence but has an independent entrance. A parking space is available. N.B.: We prefer to indicate that the staircase to access the studio is a little steep and the steps quite narrow.

The studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The entrance is independent and is through its private terrace. There is a garden to cross to get to the studio. There is no place to park in the courtyard with a car (the parking lot is 50 m away). If you wish, you will have access to the jacuzzi which is in a room next door with limited access (time slot to be agreed) folding bed for children (under 2 years old)
