We recently recovered an old ruin in Trafaria, right by the Tejo river, with the help of Lisbon Architect Inês Brandão. The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. Stunning views and a quiet house with a private garden make this a prime location to enjoy the city of Lisbon, Trafaria's famous sea-food and fish restaurants on the river side, and the amazing coast of Caparica, a long sand beach that stretches over more than 20 km along the Atlantic ocean.

The Pool Pavilion is a cosy and relaxed two suites and kitchen space that overlooks a lush garden and is the ideal choice for a joyful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Mountain Chalet, crafted entirely from wood, presents a blend of mountain and seaside serenity with walking distance from the beach! Accessible by foot (181 steps) or via a vehicle operated by staff for check in and out, the house guarantees absolute privacy. Each bedroom offers panoramic ocean vistas, ensuring every awakening is as breathtaking as the view. With relaxation at its core, the chalet offers an escape, where the hustle of cars are replaced by the smoothing presence of nature.

On MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST and SEPTEMBER the price includes a parking card to the California Beach Parking lot, with unlimited time and entrances; so you can park in the village without worrying about queues and parking meters. Casa das Verbenas is a T1 duplex; with one bedroom and bathroom upstairs, living room and kitchen downstairs. Our House is ideal for a couple (with or without children) or a group up to 4 friends.

Zé House

The house stands out for its modern architecture, integrated in the historic center of Palmela. Zé House was the name given by the architects. A simple house whose architecture sought to assert itself in a secular context due to its contemporary character, establishing not only a geometric relationship with the surroundings but also a chromatic relationship. The result was a surprising and welcoming space.

Casa Cactus is located in the heart of Aldeia do Meco, a small village in the Peninsula of Setúbal, south of Lisbon coast. Famous for it’s large wild beaches, beautiful landscapes with centuries-old pines trees, high cliffs and golden sunsets. Casa Cactus is a self-catering and non-serviced accommodation suitable for independent travelers . The cleaning of the house and bed linen is made once a week.
