Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sesimbra

This place was amazing. Filipe greeted us and gave a tour of the apartment even though it was late. He was very responsive and answered our questions. The place had all the necessary amenities and was very spacious. It was also very close to the main stations and was a great location. Overall would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and it was close to the bus, train and restaurants . The apartment suited me and my daughter as we both had our own space and bathrooms . Kitchen was well fitted out and beds were comfortable . The outside area was rather dark and yet it didn’t matter as we were out during the day . It was cool in the flat which was good as we had hot weather . I would definitely go back again . Wi-Fi was excellent and TV was good too. The hosts were excellent 🤗

João’s place is the perfect spot for a local beach getaway. It's very near a train station as well, which is useful for exploring. He was a great communicator and gave us plenty of good local recommendations as well. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

La estancia con Susana y Carlota fue inmejorable! El departamento es tal como se ve en fotos y la ubicación es increíble, en el centro de todo, pero apenas alejados del ruido del micro centro. Tienen todo lo necesario para estar un finde semana o tres meses, porque es amplio y bien equipado. La única pega es que las almohadas podrían ser más cómodas (solo para ponerme un poco exquisita) pero realmente disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos allí.

The apartment is located inn a great area - Alfama. The hike to get to the unit was tough especially when I went in the wrong direction from the train station, but Pedro was patiently waiting there for us. After our hike to get there, completing the 68 steps to the unit was a breeze. LOL The view is spectacular and saw cruise ships coming and going every day. The unit was clean, comfortable. I had issues with the TV but did not go to Lisbon to watch TV. I was connected to the Wi-FI but not the internet, which was fine as my phone did the work for me and I was not working online. Ann and Rita Have created a special space and were are grateful for the accommodations. They did a tasteful job with the decor. I would definitely recommend the unit to anyone. Great job. This apartment was very comfortable, and easy to use. The building is full of other rentals, so it has a smooth entry and usually someone in the lobby to provide information. When we arrived, the dryer did not work, but Sinan fairly quickly got someone over to fix it. For me, the location was a bit more in the tourist zone than I like, so there were usually lots of people around. But it was in the middle of many attractions, and there was always an Uber nearby. The Time Out market is walkable and the Familjen restaurant a bit further away is Highly recommend. We never felt unsafe. I would have liked some insider sightseeing and restaurant recommendations, and transit tips in the apartment manual, like most other Airbnb's. But with the internet, maybe that's no longer necessary. There was a nice bottle of wine on the table when we arrived, and we enjoyed drinking it on the balcony in the evening.

This apartment was better than advertised. Great location with restaurants, shoppings, and other places right next door. Luis and team did a great job hosting. They provided great instructions and were responsive throughout the entire stay. We loved our time in Lisbon.

It was excellent stay. The owner even showed up personally at check in and provided us with very useful information. Everything went well.

One of my favourite AirBnBs I've stayed in!! Joao was extremely responsive and helpful, the house is even better than depicted, everything was perfectly clean and brilliant for a big group. the bathrooms and bedrooms especially all felt clean and modern, and the pool was just lovely. great to have privacy yet be so close to the city center! I honsetly couldn't reccomend this place more 🙏 Thank you for a lovely stay!

A really nicely done space that was pleasant to stay. Quiet & relaxing. Great host! Even gave us Americans our extra needed coffee 😎. Able to cook there too. Nice small market next door. Several typical restaurants on the same block. Close drive to the beautiful Comporta beach area. At dusk, there are a lot of mosquitoes outside, so bring bug spay.

We can highly recommend this accommodation! The house with the pool, great rooms and bathrooms as well as lounges was just wonderful. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and equipment. We loved everything about this house! The sunset in the nearby lagoon made the stay perfect. Mafalda is a great host and communication was always friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you for everything, we had the best time! <3

Wonderful stay at Sofia‘s place. My daughter and I created some wonderful memories. She was really helpful the entire time we were there, especially with my broken adapter and suggestions for what to do with a limited amount of time. Would like to stay here again someday. Wir waren mit Freunden da und das Haus war perfekt dafür geeignet. Der große Essbereich, die vielen Schlafzimmer und der einmalige Pool mit Blick bis zum Meer haben uns überzeugt. Für besondere Anlässe kann man seit neuestem eine Art Wintergarten dazu mieten, der riesig ist und zum Verweilen im Garten einlädt, auch bei niedrigeren Temperaturen. Die Zufahrt mit einem Camper ist etwas eng, sobald es Gegenverkehr gibt. Wir waren zunächst auch etwas verunsichert, weil es ein Durchfahrts-Verboten Schild für Wohnmobilen gibt. António hat uns dann abgeholt und uns alles gezeigt. Er war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und wir durften unseren Camper mit Strom und Wasser befüllen.

Ricardos Place was great for our family of four (Kids 3,5 and 5 months). Easily accessible, a lot of cool stuff for kids and close to some interesting places and public transportation. Just around a Main Street the place is truly calm and we felt safe at all times. The place is great for lovers of architecture and has a really nice color gamma. We found a bottle of wine and enjoyed our time at Ricardo’s place very much…

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

Wir haben mit 2 Familien eine Woche in Daniel's Haus verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus und Grundstück sind nicht nur groß, sondern auch schon eingerichtet bzw. angelegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und mit beheiztem Pool, neuem Kicker, Yogamatten, der Tischtennisplatte und dem Grill gibt es auch ohne Ausflüge viel zu tun. Aber angesichts der schönen, ruhigen Natur (ab und zu nerven das Hundegebell etwas) in unmittelbarer Umgebung und den vielseitigen Strände (im Westen mit Wellen, bei Sesimbra ruhig karibisch, allerdings kalt:-)) wäre es schade, auf Ausflüge zu verzichten. Man braucht allerdings einen Mietwagen und Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind etwas weiter weg (bis den den kleinen Shop im Ort, der Essentials anbietet). Wir würden das Haus definitiv nochmal buchen.

The real star of the show was the garden patio. It was like stepping into a secret oasis in the heart of the city. Lush greenery and the peaceful sounds of birds made it the perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or a quiet glass of wine under the stars.

From the moment we arrived, the host's warm welcome set the tone for a delightful stay. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, featuring comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials like coffee, tea, and laundry supplies. Public transportation was easily accessible, with metro stops just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. Ana was great and so was her place!

Catherine was a great host, easy to get in contact with and accommodated us very appropriately. Her place was lovely, very clean and very practical. Close to many beautiful attractions in Lisbon and easily accessible as well. I definitely recommend her home and look forward to coming back in the future!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well-equipped, and even more spacious than expected. The location is close to bustling neighborhoods, but the building itself is very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Very well located, with great amenities and sparkling clean. Building with an elevator, which makes a huge difference in Lisbon where many historical houses are walk-ups. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood of Lisbon. Nicely decorated spaces with plenty of room. The neighborhood is home to a number of neat shops and restaurants as well as some wonderful parks. We found it to be a great base for pedestrian exploration of the city. It was very hot while we were in Lisbon and the AC worked well. All in all, a great stay. Would recommend.
