Naani’s place is one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The terrace is absolutely breathtaking—I spent many afternoons and evenings there. If you’re visiting Genova, you have to stay here!

The apartment is really bright and spacious. It was something special for us that it was so loud on the balcony and on the terrace, but the location is great and the windows are really good and at night it was quiet. We will come back here when we are in Genoa again next year!

A perfect stay in Genoa! The apartment was beautiful. It was located in the heart of town and surrounded by historic sites. It was easy to walk to everything while also remarkably quiet. The street below is very busy but I couldn’t hear anything from inside and I slept amazingly well in the bedroom. I will be back when I need to return to Genoa!

Giulio was a an outstanding host that greeted us at the residence. He meet us earlier than the check in time and showed us all the amenities and gave great instructions on how everything worked. Great location close to the port,train station and close enough to go out for dinner. There is a wonderful grocery store right next door with great produce and everything else that you could need. Myself and my best friend had to change airbnb last minute and we found Gianni’s place. He was able to sort the room out within a few hours, and held constant communication with us throughout the stay! The place is beautiful, the room is soundproof although beside busy roads and once we found the door to check in, everything went smoothly! We would stay here again!

This is the best apartment I could have when I come to stay in Genoa: super well located, 2 minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars. As it is located in an inner courtyard, it is very quiet and you do not hear the street noise. The accommodation is perfect and very clean. In addition, Paolo and Patrizia are very welcoming, warm and responsive. And as a bonus, we were allowed to taste the best pesto in the region. A big thank you. I highly recommend 🙏

Beautiful apartment, and a very helpful host. Due to the location being right down by the beach and restaurants, there will always be people loitering in front of the entrance door. This makes getting in and out kindof awkward, as you will have to ask people to move everytime. This is not Carolina's fault, it just has to do with the prime location. We would stay again.

Wow! What an amazing experience! Mario greeted us personally, walked us through the apartment, and showed us how everything worked. He even left us some goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch—especially after a long day of travel when we were so hungry. Waking up to the fresh ocean breeze on our faces and the sound of crashing waves was absolutely magical. The photos matched the listing perfectly, and the place was spotless! We cooked a lot during our stay and found the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Mario is a truly wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. It's such a comfort when traveling to know you're in good hands.He even called a taxi for our early checkout, which was a big help. Highly recommend staying here—Mario really knows how to make you feel at home in his beautiful Airbnb.

Nice apartment with good and cozy surroundings within walking distance. Good opportunities for grocery shopping. Trains and buses close by - many opportunities for activities and experiences. We'd love to come again.

Great stay! Giulia was responsive and provided a clean apartment. It is a 5th floor walk up so come prepared but it’s worth it for the views and epic location next to the ferry stop. The only thing that could’ve added to the place would’ve been some beach towels but it was otherwise perfect!

Great location, air conditioned accommodation. It would be nice if access to the kitchen and other facilities would be advertised and included.

This AirBnB surpassed our expectations and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice. It’s huge, has everything you need, and the view is simply breathtaking…we never wanted to leave. Sarah, the Host, is extremely friendly and helpful. She definitely went the extra mile - picked us up from the station, took us grocery shopping, offered a late check out, and shared local recommendations. While it is well connected to nearby attractions by public transport, be warned that the walk up is brutal - hundreds of steps from the station - and definitely not suitable with luggage. However, there is a bus that comes every hour and the view was worth it. We would love to stay again and highly recommend the accommodations to others.

The property was clean, well appointed and consistent with the description. The host was friendly and responsive. A coffee machine in the apartment would be a nice addition to make the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a pleasant experience 👍

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

Really great accommodation in a pedestrian street and a top location. You have what you need nearby. A lot of traffic and vehicles from time to time that can take the street but not very inconvenient, you get used to it quickly. A big thank you for the kindness and responsiveness Erick and Zoe🤝☺️.

Wow!!! This was by far our favorite place to stay during our recent holiday. It was just like a perfect home for us. The place was beautiful, tasteful, peaceful, well located, we actually would love to leave in a place just like this one. It has tons of natural light too. The amenities were exactly what we needed. We enjoyed being close to a bar, supermarket, the sweet lady at the focacceria and the close by bus stop. We would stay again in this place.
