Holiday rentals with a patio in Sete Lagoas

I had an amazing experience hosted on this Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean, well decorated and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access. Host was extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to help with any questions and making sure everything was perfect. Communication was quick and efficient, which made the whole experience even smoother. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located place. Excellent apartment. A balcony with a beautiful view, super ventilated, everything very clean and fragrant. I highly recommend the stay. Whenever I'm available, I'll come back. Not to mention the Hostess, who is super nice, polite and kind. I have nothing but praise for everything.

We really liked the accommodation, it met our needs well, it was easy to find, it has everything nearby (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) and we will return on another occasion.

The apto is complete, has a gas stove, fridge, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only noise is the noise: during the working days there is noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place maybe this is not the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block of the burger king and the subway, 1 block of selfservice laundry, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria just across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which although small, you can break a branch. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who cleaned up, and the people of the concierge are fine people! It would return again for sure!

The information was clear and the doubts were quickly resolved. The check-in was very smooth, even though I arrived with my family at midnight. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for a quiet stay. I didn't miss the air conditioning. The ceiling fans are more than sufficient. The apartment has good lighting. I definitely highly recommend it and if I go back to BH I would stay again. Thank you!

I had a great stay at the flat. The apartment is very well located, close to several tourist spots in downtown Belo Horizonte, and the doormen were always very attentive and respectful. We found everything clean, organized and ready to welcome us. We miss a microwave and a better use of space in the bathroom. Despite the height of the apartment, it is still possible to hear, during the night and early morning, the movement and music of a bar located almost in front of the building. However, these details were offset by other aspects, especially the view from the bedroom window, which is simply perfect.

Simply Perfect! Excellent location, super accessible host, impeccable apartment, only dish towels were missing so we could dry the dishes, otherwise nothing is missing in the apartment. I will come back more often.

It is in a very good and safe neighborhood, with a supermarket, bakery, shops, tourist attractions, among other necessary establishments. It would be a place we would book again on an upcoming trip.

I only have compliments for José dos Passos and the house. Everything was perfect and my family and I were very well received by Geovane, and we had all the attention and tips of José dos Passos. The condominium is very quiet and the house answered everything we were looking for. It was Perfect and we'll be back soon!
