Great value little place in great location. There was a problem with the water heating which Jessica resolved straight away. Excellent communication throughout our stay. The neighbourhood was quite noisy when we stayed but it was a bank hol weekend so might have something to do with it. Wifi was good, beds comfy, air con worked well. No problems finding the place and getting in. Thank you Jessica for sharing your house with us!

For a one night impromptus stay it was pretty good.

Staying with Iris was a pleasure. Communication was great. The house was very spacious, with everything you need, clean, cozy and with a pool. Highly recommended.

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

The house is small but cozy and modern. Has all the details to be comfortable. Great play room, has all kind of games. Also, having panel solar was a plus since the electricity went off a couple times. Good location. For us was above 5 stars compared to others houses we visit. I recommended.

This is the best spot on the island and Bertha is the best host. We always feel so welcome and the location could not be better: literally on the water, you can walk miles of beach from the house (at low tide). You can walk to the kioskos, and you are close to El Yunque and OSJ. All your cares melt away when you are laying on the hammock listening to the waves.

5 Stars – Thoughtful Host and Perfect Stay! Our stay at Pedro’s place in Puerto Rico was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun trip. He thoughtfully provided beach towels, sunscreen, umbrellas, and even toys for the kids—such a thoughtful touch that made traveling with little ones so much easier. The home itself was clean, cozy, and had a truly local feel—especially with the beautiful mango tree in the yard! My kids were thrilled, and we all felt so welcomed and cared for. Pedro’s hospitality and attention to detail really stood out. He was kind, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. I would 100% stay here again and recommend his place to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Thank you, Pedro!

We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa was especially helpful with getting us checked in and oriented to the condo/building. She also went really above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had all we needed. Location is fantastic. Pool and beach never crowded. Short walk to the neighboring resort, if you want to use their amenities. Parking on site. Close to El Yunque. Short drive to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommended!

I’d say it’s a great location. The area is in perfect location to ever hot spot of the south east everything from San Juan to ceiba is 30 to 45 min drive. I loved the private beach and private pool.

Kelvin Joel’s place was amazing!!! I definitely recommend staying here. The pool was amazing, especially at night with the lights. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. You’re near all different types of restaurants,cafes etc. Everything felt just like home, do stay!!!!!! :)

Loved this place! Will be coming back! Felt very safe in the complex, everyone was very friendly! The views from the condo were absolutely gorgeous! Host was very helpful anytime we had questions. We felt very safe the entire time, perfect for my fiance and I. We would highly recommend!

Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

Beautiful villa with an even more beautiful view! The villa is very spacious and clean! The pool is steps away (and so is the ocean), and we had the pool to ourselves the whole week. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants at the hotel. THE CASINO IS CURRENTLY CLOSED! We were very disappointed to find out it was closed for remodeling. The owner of the villa said he would update his listing since it currently says there is a casino on site. We hope to return once the casino is open.

A fantastic place to stay. The view is amazing! There are so many things to do nearby with great restaurants too. A much more laid back area than San Juan with amazing beaches. The apartment was just as described and wasn’t missing anything we needed.

We have been literally traveling around the world making this AirBnB our last stop. It had to have a beautiful view of the Caribbean, check. Had to have a pool, check a very big pool on site! Had to have smart TVs , check 2 TVs. Had to have comfortable apartment with a Puerto Rico vib, check delivered. I could keep going checking things off but you got it by now it was the perfect place to end our trip! Thanks René for hosting us.

The cabin was perfect for what I was looking for. Peaceful, with high mountain views. The spot is peaceful and private, just me and the coqui's! It's a small cabin, with camping vibes. It's also contemporary and well stocked. The local people were welcoming and warm as well. Highly recommended for a jungle chill out.

Really beautiful spot right on the ocean! Another gorgeous beach just down the road too. Perfect spot for a couple or small group looking for a beautiful vacation at the beach. Super close to the national rainforest too, which had some gorgeous views of the island as well as some great hiking. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was easy to find, easy to check in, was very clean, and the host was very helpful. The host beautifully decorated the bedroom. The house is located in a great area if you want to explore the east coast and it is near the ferry. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon and it was the best! Great food and drinks so close that Rey made us aware of. Getting uber rides was no problem while staying here and just about anything from the rainforest to the beach is about 10 minutes! Everyone nearby was very friendly too. Overall a great experience and we would love to come again!

We loved staying at this location. Not only did Vincent and his team provide plenty towels, a bottle of wine and chips, blankets for both inside and the balcony, the location of this property was perfect to go to Luquillo, El Yunque, Ceiba to catch the ferry for Vieques and Culebra or any of the local bars/restaurants in the area. It was the perfect cozy home base and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely look to book again next time we stay in the area! Thank you!

We loved the place except that the check in instructions were not accurate and we were stranded for an hour below the apartment building as we did not have the key card to enter the elevator and the host did not respond. A fellow resident was kind enough to help us enter the elevator with his key card. I would suggest the host to make his check in instructions more accurate. The host responded on the second day of our stay and when we expressed our inconvenience, he again stopped responding. Overall ok experience! Place was good for 2 people and decently clean. View is beautiful.
