The house is located in the famous Santa Cruz neighborhood. A highly tourist area and located a few meters from the Alcázar, Cathedral and Giralda. A few minutes walk you can visit the main museums, Rio Guadalquivir, Parque de María Luisa, Feria de Abril, Barrio de Triana, the city's shopping center, restaurants, trendy bars etc. It is very well connected by public transport (taxis, buses, metro, tram, etc.) It also has a large parking area a few meters from the accommodation.
