HOUSE RULES REGARDING PARTIES AND COHABITATION 1- Reservations for groups of young people and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not accepted. 2- Indicate the composition of the group and the relationship between the people: number of adults, children and ages. 3- It is strictly forbidden to hold parties, play music, speak loudly or engage in any activity that may disturb the rest of the other neighbors. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the regulations for tourist apartments will apply. The living room and bedroom have a balcony overlooking a quiet pedestrian plaza in the city center. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace open from 5th April to 2nd November. On this terrace we have a refreshing Jacuzzi-pool, solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
