In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

La maison est située en bord de Sèvre Nantaise au pied du château de Tiffauges. Nous louons une partie de notre maison que nous avons rendu indépendante. Le logement comprend un hall d'entrée, une véranda, un studio (avec un lit, un canapé lit, une cuisine et salle de bain), une buanderie, un jardin agréable à 20 m de la maison : entre ombre et rivière ! De nombreuses ballades vous attendent que vous aimiez la rando, la course à pied, le trail ou le VTT.
