In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of the Château de Tiffauges. We rent a part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you for you to enjoy hiking, running, trail or mountain biking.

It has 3 bedrooms, a closed courtyard often not mowed, to leave the flowers. Sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is a senseo coffee maker. No shutters, curtains in place. Close to the basilica, for waking up in grandeur (at the time of Mass).
