It is close to all shops (bakery, bank, supermarket, restaurants, etc.) and ideally located to discover our region: Le Puy du Fou is only 15 minutes away, 1 hour from the Poitevin marsh and 1 hour 15 minutes from the Vendée beaches and so much more. Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Renovated watermill 15 minutes from PUY du FOU

Water mill of the 14th century, built by the Templars with a long dike on the Sèvre. Upstairs, we offer toilets, 4 bedrooms, one with terrace and shower. On the ground floor, a bathroom, toilet, a kitchen and a living room of 75 m2. The terrace with barbecue is shaded. Allow three nights to enjoy the place (see comments). A game of badminton is on the lawn. Pets allowed on request. Sheets provided and beds made on request with supplement.
