Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sexten Dolomites

Beautiful, cozy place with stunning mountain views. Super clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location for hikes and exploring the area. The host was kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Playing tennis on a private court with that stunning view it felt like scene from a movie. The court is in fantastic condition surrounded by mountain beauty. The property was cozy and charming, well-equipped and perfectly located - peaceful scenic and unique. Federica is wonderful host - warm and welcoming, always helpful and kind. If you love nature and tennis this place is dream come true. We can’t wait to come back!

Staying here was indescribable. The apartment was clean, very lovingly furnished, easy to feel good👌. The bathroom was also particularly nice and has everything you need. Then there was a balcony , a very nice terrace and even a small garden with hammock and fire bowl. Furthermore, we were always offered help by Davide and family, were always concerned for our well-being and also helped with the restaurant reservation next door. So we found it really hard to leave and we would come back anytime and can highly recommend spending vacation days here. You need a car, but you can make many beautiful excursions to South Tyrol and Trentino from here. And the wonderful lakes are also highly recommended. Thanks for the wonderful time in Santo Stefano🫶🏻

The house is exceptional! Amazing view, very clean and spacious. Truly different from any other place we’ve stayed at in Italy. The toilet even has a chair-style bidet, which was a great! Things to note: • There’s no AC, so we had to keep the balcony doors open but there are no insect screens, so bugs can get in. • The downstairs room doesn’t have a door and is located right next to the toilet and shower.

We felt absolutely comfortable with Armin and Karin and were even a little sad to have to leave again. The two are great hosts, we felt very comfortable right away and were warmly welcomed. The apartment is simply a dream! Beautiful, cozy and modern design, clean, private and quiet. Great views of the mountains from the balcony. We were also able to use a piece of the garden. We were given great excursion tips. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely come back. Thank you!!! :-)

This is the second time we have stayed at the chalet and it is always wonderful to spend time there. Extremely quiet area surrounded by greenery and silence, the house has practically everything you need. Great place to spend a relaxing vacation, but for more active people there are many possibilities a few kilometers away. We'll be back in September!

Our stay at this beautiful mountain home was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and the cozy, welcoming feel of the space. The home was impeccably clean, well equipped, and clearly cared for with love. Every detail from the soft linens to the thoughtful touches like homemade brownies made us feel right at home. Waking up to the sunrise over the mountains, enjoying our coffee on the balcony, and stargazing at night were unforgettable highlights. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, and we left feeling refreshed and reconnected with nature. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made check in a breeze. If you're looking for a serene retreat in the mountains, look no further, this place is a true gem. We can’t wait to return!

This place is beautiful, in the middle of a meadow, on the edge of a beautiful forest and with views of the mountains. We were able to show the farm animals to our daughter. In the large garden there are tables, loungers and even children's games. Thank you very much Marlène for hosting us!

Myself and 3 other friends stayed in Lukasz’s place for 4 nights and had a great time. It is a small space, however not an issue if you are planning to be out and about all day, which is what we did. It’s in a great location if you’re visiting the Dolomites, we did a hike each day, and they were no further than 2.5hr drive away, making it a great place to base yourself if your wanting to do various great walks (Tre De Cime, Lago Di Sorapis, Lago Di Braies, Seceda etc). Lukasz was responsive, helpful and friendly the whole time. We ran out of soap and pepper and he was more than happy to bring us more, and we got to meet his cute dogs. The beds are so comfortable, the coffee was delicious and there’s various shops nearby, incl supermarkets, restaurants etc. The only downside is there wasn’t an extractor fan in the bathroom causing a lack of ventilation, so the walls/floor was constantly wet from using the shower, luckily we had enough towels though. Overall we had a great stay!

It only takes 10 minutes to drive to Lake Braies and 1 hour to drive to Mount San Bovo.A detached villa on the side of the highway, with more than 10 rooms, plenty of parking spaces at the door, very quiet, very convenient for driving, highly recommended, the owner Monica is also very good, very enthusiastic.The house is very cozy. This place is very cold in the summer evenings, but the house has heating. Don't worry about the temperature. It is a very comfortable holiday cottage. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay. Location was fab, just a short stroll into the town. Great location for exploring the Dolomites too. Beppo was very welcoming and was on hand throughout the stay if we needed anything. Absolutely would recommend and would stay again if we return to the Dolomites.

Stefan's place was a peaceful retreat after a long day of hiking. The place is beautifully decorated, and the hosta are wonderful people. We felt right at home! Would highly recommend!

Clean and cozy house. You will find there everything you need, it’s clean and warm. Lucia and her husband are very friendly. The view was amazing. We enjoyed a lot our stay at Lucia’s house.

Francesca and Nico have created a beautiful oasis in the heart of the Dolomites. Even the welcome in the apartment was above average warm and courteous. Francesca was always available for questions and was able to give us great tips for exploring the Dolomites. She lovingly takes care of the guests! The apartment has everything you could ask for. The equipment is excellent and fully corresponds to the description of the advertisement. You can feel how much love was put into it, so we felt at home from the first second. This allowed us to enjoy wonderful relaxing days. We haven't had such peace for a long time. The location is also ideal as a starting point for hikes. We recommend this apartment to everyone from the heart and will certainly come back ourselves!

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

Wonderful flat inside a villa that looks like a movie set. Literally 2 min walk from the city centre, but at the same time immersed in the nature...it gives you a great sense of peace and you truly feel like you want to spend time at the apartment and enjoy it
