My house is located on the shoreline of Lac-à-la Tortue in an enchanting setting . 20 min from the national park. 10 minutes from the city . I offer an apartment on the ground floor with all amenities . You have access to the small cottage by the lake , outdoor BBQ, watercraft (kayak and pedal boat ) . Large parking lot. In winter the small chalet is perfect for making a fireplace for an experience . Snowshoeing on the lake . skating trail less than 1 km away .

Le Draveur is a luxurious chalet on the banks of the Batiscan River. With a rustic and modern touch at the same time, you will find all the amenities to spend a pleasant stay. Fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, full bathroom, large fenestration and huge terrace with river views are worthy of mention. Part of the terrace is covered so you can enjoy it even in the rain. A private dock is at your disposal in summer (100-step staircase).
