Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Shelby County

Close to the airport and close to the restaurants and bars around. From the moment I walked in, I knew I made the right decision on staying here. The private balcony was a nice bonus.

The place was very conveniently located and very clean , nice and comfortable. The host was always available and helpful for recommendations. The location is extremely quiet.

Danny’s place was just as wonderful as described—absolutely perfect! Danny himself was super responsive and really helpful, making everything so easy. We walked over to a concert at Avondale Brewing, which was super convenient and just a short stroll away. The house was fantastic, and we had an awesome time! We definitely plan to book with Danny again the next time we’re in the area for a concert!

Great location for golfers to stay! Expect to drive anywhere for dinner or drinks though. Old, small home that works perfect for the guys golf trip.

Bert’s place is a rare find - right on the water with a private dock, huge lot with nobody close by, affordable, clean, AND pet friendly! My wife and I along with our two dogs really enjoyed our stay. The front porch and dock were super peaceful, the kayaks were great, and the house itself had everything we needed for a long weekend. We’re already planning our next trip back.

This house was beautiful. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The instructions were very clear and understandable. The train didn’t keep me up or wake me up once inside you can’t hear it. Next time I’m in Birmingham I hope this house is available cause I will be booking it again.

Great little house, would love to stay longer. There is a fence in the backyard, the neighbors do have dogs so if you have aggressive or territorial dogs there is a patch in the fence that connects with the other dogs. Otherwise, really cute space- catering towards dogs which was great since we were on a week long road trip. Thanks again Adam

Everyone should find their getaway at The Tree House, absolutely poetic magic.

Raquel was very attentive and promptly addressed my inquiries. I had problems with parking and the Latch App, which I was unfamiliar with, and Raquel provided clear explanations for everything. She ensured that I felt comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. The location was peaceful, tidy, and just a short walk from UAB. I also really enjoyed the Nespresso coffee; it was a significant bonus for me!

If you see this available , you’ll be hard pressed to find better value. After hours of research of the market in the surrounding area, I continue to come back to this place. Make sure you have the Latch app pre-downloaded to expedite check in. Other than that, check ins and check outs don’t get much smoother than this! I also keep coming back because the residence has a very nice decked out fitness area open to residents. You will be provided the latch access to get in, and then have lots of dumbbells , kettle balls , yoga mats, cardio machines, and machine weights ! A full spin room with a tv to play a spin class is available , as well as yoga classes on Wednesdays 🫶🏽 a cute place with great value, give it a shot and you won’t regret it 🫶🏽

We booked Faith’s place due to a barons game Friday. Luckily, the apartment was literally right in front of the field so not only was the apartment in walking distance but was located near a Publix and a lot of good eats. We had a magnificent view of the firework show and to top it off. There was another barons game the next day. The space was very clean and the interior design was very nice. I was a tad frustrated during arrival but Faith even offered to come let me in since I was having issues (my fault) but I would definitely recommend booking! You will not be disappointed.

Our stay here was great. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Clint was very helpful and quick responding to any questions that we had. Great place to stay.

I stayed here felt so incredibly safe. The key is needed about four times every time that you enter the building. I was nervous about the parking situation as well, but I found a close parking spot every time I left and came back. The location is so so convenient (check out the science center!) and overall it was a good landing pad at the end of a busy day. The game room in the building was empty so I got to play two rounds of pool and a round of foosball, then make myself a delicious cup of tea with the mugs and tea bags provided by alexis. The lobby of the building also has coffee and hot chocolate if you bring your own cup! The only thing I wish I had done was take a close look at the pictures of the apartment itself.

Suzanne’s suite was spectacular, spectacular. Decorated with a keen eye for antiques and flair. There isn’t a dull corner in the space. The spiral staircase going up to the suite reminded me of apartments in NYC. Suzanne was kind and easy to talk to and I felt safe in her space, and the area, to stay with my husband and baby. We would absolutely stay here again! We loved it!

Absolutely perfect place. I was there for work and I love to find small private places like this to stay when I'm on the road. This was the best one yet. Private, peaceful and quiet. Fully stocked with everything you need, just bring your clothes and food. Great getaway for family, couples or a work trip when you just want to relax at the end of the day. Will surely be back soon.

We had a wonderful time at the log cabin. Peaceful, relaxing and exactly what we were looking for this holiday. The property is gorgeous. The cabin has incredible character while being still comfortable and having the amenities we needed. We found hiking trails just 10 minutes away at Double Oak. Best of all, it was quality time spent enjoying our boys and our pup.

Walter’s heaven was absolutely beautiful. The view from the master bedroom was incredible. Wade, the groundskeeper was very nice and even had fish bait waiting for when we arrived. What I hadn’t seen mentioned in the reviews is how great of a swimming spot they have for children. We will be back!

The house is gorgeous and great for a small girls weekend. It was very clean and the view is gorgeous. It is easy to get to Birmingham from the house. It is in a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for us. We plan to visit again next year. The driveway is very steep but walkable. I don't remember if the pictures showed this clearly but one of the beds is in an open area right outside of the other bedroom. For us that wasn't an issue. The kitchen is small but well supplied. For a small group this place is perfect! The beds were so comfortable and the lounging space was as well. In all it was great for a relaxing trip!

One of the best bangs for your buck you will find on Airbnb. The river is peaceful to listen to and my dog loved the trail. The place is very clean and freshly remodeled. It’s feels really roomy for a studio apartment. Stephanie and Omeed where fantastic host and responsive to all my question. I would definitely recommend staying here.
