Beachfront holiday rentals in Shell Island

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.

Carrie’s place was exactly as described. Great location, took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. Both bedrooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and had plenty of furnishings. Would recommend!! Thanks for the great experience!! - The Haney’s.

This is our second stay with Robbie & Ellen. This has become our favorite spot! This is a great location if you have small children. We will be coming back to vacation here.

We really enjoyed the cottage! We needed a restful place to re-energize after a few rough months. Although we usually have adventurous vacations, Cindy's place was what the doctor ordered. We were able to walk and/or run in the neighborhood and spent several mornings at the nearby Conservation Park on our bikes. We loved the beach being steps away, along with walkable trips to Thomas's (great pizza, donuts and iced coffee!) and Carousel for groceries (the Thai noodle salad was STELLAR). The cottage was well-equipped and very comfortable. We slept like babies! Mornings with coffee on the porch were a godsend. Cindy was easy to reach and lovely. Thank you for everything!

We loved the condo! It was clean and spacious for 5 of us. Teens had fun walking around, there is pizza and ice cream within a block or two from the condo. There are lots of shops and restaurants. The beach was not busy at all during our stay. We will definitely come back!

Niki’s place was absolutely amazing from the view to the walk to beach - Not even a 2 minute walk!!! The pictures make the condo seem small but it’s actually huge for a family of 4. Everything is about 10 minutes driving and you can even walk. We had an incident where the oven wasn’t working but Niki was quick on her feet to troubleshoot the problem and get somewhat out (which it happened to be the breaker box has tripped). We cannot wait to be back!

An Absolutely Phenomenal Stay! Our stay in Panama City was nothing short of fantastic! This Airbnb exceeded every expectation and felt like a true home away from home. They went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and even a beach bag—truly everything you could need for a perfect day on the sand. We had a wonderful stay in Panama City Beach! The home was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The ocean view was absolutely perfect waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee with that view was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway!

My family and I have stayed in many condos and this condo BY FAR surpasses them! The size of the condo was very large and spacious. The designs and decorations were nicely appointed and beautiful. The patio was an excellent size and the view was breathtaking. It was very clean, everything looked brand new, and it was fully stocked with all essentials. The condo building wasn’t super huge, which was nice, because it was quiet and the pools and beach weren’t crowded. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this condo!! The owner thought of every detail and was very kind and responsive.

This is a beautiful studio it is very spacious and a great use of space. Very kid friendly! The golf cart was a wonderful bonus to cruise around the beautiful complex and get to the beach access. Parking is conveniently located next to the complex. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The hostess was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any messages that I sent. We immensely enjoyed our stay and will be back!

A best friend and I decided to turn a day trip into an overnight stay last minute. Kevin was super responsive and made sure we were good to go! The room was extremely nice and clean! We will definitely be back!

Me and the other half had a wonderful stay! We really liked that it wasn’t super busy people wise as well with it being a condo building and not a crazy busy resort. Our room was absolutely beautiful and it is completely renovated just like the pictures, would definitely come back!!!

Amazing stay!!! I love the privacy this location has, car passes were checked every single time we came in so it keeps out people who aren’t actually staying on property. Elevators were always fast. Beach chairs included made it so much easier too!

A wonderful place, extremely close to the sea. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea. The host was very attentive and willing to help at all times. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was attentive. The apartment was super clean and exactly as described by the host.
