Absolutely fantastic little standalone cottage. Spotlessly clean (and I mean spotless) - very private, easy to get to and quiet. Magnificent shower and bed - very very comfortable and warm. The cottage warmed up quickly too, and I would recommend slippers or floofy socks to wear in the cottage in winter. Todd left us in peace and was very quick to respond to my queries. We didn't use the kitchen as we were out sharp in the mornings, however, everything was ready and accessible for use. We will definitely return - it was the perfect base for the weekend for us - thank you so much, Todd!

Mission accomplished! For any dog parents out there, this is the most perfect place you'll ever find. This getaway was a birthday present to my partner, whose biggest dream was to stay at an oceanfront place where the waves could be heard, and this place was exactly that! His second dream was to take our senior dog to a beautiful dog-friendly beach, and well, this place has direct access to the dog-friendly section of the beach! So the dream really came true! Laura and Ryan were the loveliest hosts; they truly ensured our stay was special, the spot is so beautiful, and the place is super comfortable and clean. We will be forever grateful, and we will definitely return soon!

Staying at Alfred Studio with Jane and Gavin as our hosts was an amazing experience. A lovely secluded and private little studio which was a 5-10mins drive to everything. We found it to be a great little hub to base out of for our daily excursions to Berrima, Bowral etc. The amenities were fantastic, clean and just all in all a great place to stay. We enjoyed feeding some Cockatoos as well in the lovely backyard. The only negative we had was some trouble connecting to the wifi but this in no way was a deal breaker to us or should be to anyone. 10/10 place to stay and great communication from Jane and Gavin. We will definitely be back, and recommend this property to all. Thanks again for your hospitality :)

Beautiful place, close to Stockland Shopping Centre! The dog is so cute, very friendly!

The place looks even better than the photos. Also very clean and hygienic. The place has ducted aircon & heating throughout, which was helpful in the winter. Would come back again and will highly recommend for solo or pair travellers.

This cottage was very well equipped. Although close to the main house it felt really secluded and private. With private side access, guest parking and a garden outlook it was perfect. It was warm and cosy.

We had a wonderful stay. Tricia was very helpful and responsive. Chocolates on arrival and milk in the fridge was very appreciated. The place was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Peter’s place was lovely to stay at! The studio had a lovely stream of sun through the windows all day and beautiful furnishing! There is no oven, however the bbq grill met our needs just fine!

Fantastic stay in early June. Easy to find with the clear instructions. We were welcomed and showed around kindly. Beautiful property inside and out. Very warm with heaters in living room and bedroom, as well as electronic blankets on both sides of the bed. Would definitely stay again, lovely place. Only note is that the pool is shared with any guests in the main house which meant at around 10am in the morning the family staying in the mainhouse did walk past the living room. We were only warned that this might happen on arrival - we don't recall that being outlined beforehand and might have been nice to know that full privacy is not guaranteed.

What a wonderful place to stay! My partner and I stayed here for one night, and we wish we could’ve been here for longer. Located on a beautiful property, this little home was just wonderful. Such a cozy and calming place, Sarah really went above and beyond when she put this place together, you can tell how much care and thought she put into creating this place; from the big picture stuff like how well built and designed it is, the super comfy bed and lovely bathroom (showers were blissful!), down to the little details like the super soft towels with a heated rack, the complimentary drinks in the fridge, the high end heaters that kept the place cozy, and the little hand-made covers for the electric light switches as they emit a slight blue light (so thoughtful!). We really loved our stay, and Sarah was so helpful, kind, and quick to respond. We wish we could’ve stayed longer, we’re hoping to come back for a longer stay soon. Thank you so much, Sarah :)

We had a fantastic and blissful holiday! The accommodation was super comfortable, with all the amenities you need, including BBQ, Nespresso machine, laundry, TV, etc. We enjoyed a great ocean view from the veranda. Comfortable furniture all round. And inside is a great book collection! Parking is easy and privacy first class. The location is perfect. Only 2 km to town and only 4 minutes walk to Kendall’s Beach, which is on the Kiama Coastal Walk. Only 8 minutes drive to Gerringong Werri Beach ocean pool. Great restaurant options close by at Surf Beach and in Kiama town centre. Little Earth Roasters close by has great coffee! We highly recommend Kendall’s Cottage and hope to be back.

This property really amazing. Way much higher than our expectations. House is lovely and clean, equipped with everything we might need as well. My friends and I are one a road trip and would like to see the sunrise at kiama. If you plan to go to loves bay or kiama coast walk, then Matthew’s place is a perfect choice to stay. Beside, Matthew is very nice and responsible:)

Christine was a great host and even chatted with us about the place when requesting to book as she wanted to make sure it would meet our expectations when travelling with our baby. Cute little place just like the photos, and really great it has a full kitchen with oven.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful farm Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The real highlight was the animals and spending time with the donkeys, highland cows, and alpacas made the experience truly special. A perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature. Highly recommend!

We booked this stay very last-minute after a bad experience elsewhere, and it ended up being such a lovely surprise! The host was lovely and greeted us upon arrival, running us through everything we needed to know about the property. The house was incredibly warm and cozy despite the freezing weather outside, and the modern facilities made everything so comfortable and easy. I usually get homesick when away, but this place honestly felt like home. The shower was amazing, the whole space was spotless and beautifully set up, and it had absolutely everything we needed—even thoughtful little snacks, which were a lifesaver with our toddler in tow. We also adored Pickle and Lily, the sweetest, friendliest dogs and the grounds were picturesque. We all had a great night’s sleep and left feeling rested and grateful. Highly recommend!

We had a great family weekend away at the property. Really nice location and a lovely outlook. Plenty to do in the Southern Highlands. Teresa was a friendly and responsive host. We’ll be sure to visit again.

This was our second stay and it was as equally comfortable as the last stay. Providing us with everything we needed in a very private and comfortable position not too far from the gorgeous river and fabulous famous minnamurra cafe. Very cosy atmosphere with super comfortable bed. Will definitely continue to stay when in the area and would certainly recommend this lovely little space. Frances 🌈

Can not recommend Cara and her place (Sea Dwellers Escape) highly enough. Cara was extremely easy to work with and a great hostess when we needed her. We really needed a quiet break after a stressful few months, and even though it was only 1 night for us, it did the trick; we felt recharged and refreshed by the next morning. We really enjoyed the hot spa, and although the weather was a bit too cold for the pool, it looked like it would be well used in hotter weather. Also, the fire pit and barbecue area were great. All in all, we will be back and you won't regret staying there, very cosy with a great view from the upper balcony. Darren & Carmen
