In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Rustic Cabin Retreat

Quiet, secluded area has occasional wildlife (turkey, deer). The Turkey Creek runs behind the cabin, and there is a very small pond in the front of the cabin that can be fished. There's a kid's "fort" to the west of the main cabin for the kids to enjoy! The fort has a space heater, a loft with a futon, and a smart TV (no TV service) that can be used for streaming if you want to use your phone’s hotspot.. The cabin has no TV service or internet service.....thus the beauty of this retreat!!

Crane season hot spot! The apartment is located inside a newly constructed shed. It has one bedroom, one bath (shower only, no tub), and a large living room and kitchen with all appliances (no dishwasher). A private pond is located in the pasture outside of the shed for quiet nights relaxing and fishing. It is the perfect setting for nature and bird watching! We do allow pets for a $25 fee. There is a very friendly farm dog on the property, so take note if this will be an issue for you.

Newly furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, 1.5 baths, kitchen, patio, off street parking, and a single car garage. The duplex will comfortably sleep four (4) adults with potential for one (1) additional guest. No more than 5 guests allowed at any one time. NO PETS. NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES! It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.

Gibbon is one of the premier towns in the country to watch the Sandhill Cranes migration and is home to one of the largest traveled railways by the Union Pacific.
