The Nest is a rare find in India. A superb location. Wonderfully equipped. Natural light flooding the space, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite but the second one immediately next to its bedroom so effectively en-suite). The space is well thought out and furnished, with a small sofa, relaxing chairs, and a womderful bench seat in the sitting room window, overlooking a spectacular view and a perfect place to sit and read. The Location No traffic noise, but only a short walk from the main road, and whilst a 20 minute drive from Central Shiela town, it’s in a quiet area which has all you need on a day-to-day basis. Within a minute’s walk are 1/2 dozen shops selling all that you might need for your stay. Food, milk, drinks, green groceries, toiletries, hardware. The Hosts Shubham and Sandeep are perfect hosts. Attentive, very responsive and for whom nothing is too much trouble. The housekeeper is the same, and as a team they ensure that their guests feel totally looked after.

A Perfect Getaway in the Heart of Nature! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Shimla. The location is breathtaking—surrounded by lush greenery, peaceful hills, and fresh mountain air. It’s the perfect escape from the city chaos and a haven for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature. The cottage itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. Every corner reflects warmth and comfort, making it feel like a home away from home. The food served here was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and made with so much care. Every meal was a treat! A special mention goes to Gopal ji, the caretaker, who truly made our stay exceptional. He was incredibly responsive, always ready to help with anything we needed, and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. His hospitality and kindness made a lasting impression on us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite property, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. The aesthetic of the place is absolutely stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the mesmerizing night view. The way the property is illuminated at night creates a magical and romantic ambiance that I will never forget. Adding to the charm were the adorable furry dogs on the property. They were so loving and warm, making my stay even more enjoyable.I also enjoyed the recreational activities available, such as badminton and basketball. It was a great way to unwind and have some fun. Plus, they even offered bicycles for exploring the beautiful surroundings! The food served was good and the staff members were incredibly polite and sweet. They were always ready to assist and never once said no to any. I highly recommend this property.

Words cannot do justice. The views are unhindered and majestic. Location is picturesque. It is a vintage property and has modern amenities like heated rooms, high quality blankets, comfortable mattresses and bathrooms. The property is evidently someone’s home with history written all over the place. Innumerable books gives company. The furniture has lovely carving and carpets are breathtaking. Food is delicious and communication impeccable. We had 3 dogs with us and there is enough and more space for them to play.

I have been to Shimla many times but this vacation was special as I took my complete family including my old age mom for the first time. Thanks to Punita's Airbnb which had parking right at the house and open garden space for us to chill out. The rooms were are very clean and kitchen had all the essentials. Bonus is prime location as it is just 5 min drive to Mall road. Thanks to Punita for being excellent host who helped with all my request. Would definitely visit there again.

Great place to stay, lovely view , the best thing was the balcony where we stayed most of the time at our stay there looking over the mountains, great host very friendly , the place is 30-40 min drive from mall road, only the last 200 metre is little difficult to drive , the place looks even better than the photos, great escape from the rush of city

It was wonderful staying at Amit's listing (Black Pearl Cottages) in Kufri. Amit is a responsible hot and very hospitable and welcoming. He communicated with me whenever I had any query wether it was before or during my stay. The property is very nice and located in a peaceful location. Their staf members Ayush and Madhav and other boys are really helpful and courteous. You feel relaxed and comfortable when you have such warm and welcoming people from the property including the Host. It's a must visit place with your friends, family or partner anytime of the year. Property is very well maintained, clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend to visit this beautiful property. Thank you Amit for being a wonderful Host.
