Oceanfront Private Beach House! 10 seconds to the sea [Nami note]
This beach house is located along the Sotoura Coast, accessible by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station. 50 m from the Sotoura Coast. You can access the beach barefoot, and there is also an outdoor shower, so it is comfortable. This cottage has a 6-tatami bedroom, a living room (4.5 tatami + 8 tatami flooring, including kitchen), a washroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 100-inch large screen projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 burners), fridge, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, and dishes. There is a hot spring inn (from 700 yen per adult), Himono-ya-san, a morning harvested vegetable shop, a delicious bakery, and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, it is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend a relaxing time with your family and friends. This is a heartwarming cottage, a 54-year-old house that the owner renovated himself, and opened as Sotoura Beach House "Nami no Oto" in August 2020. # naminote2020 [Designated accommodation for relocation applicants] If you are considering moving, you can apply for a subsidy (4,000 yen per person per night). Forget the time and enjoy a meal outdoors to the fullest. A discount is available for 2 nights or more. There are two sauna type rooms, one room on the first and second floor. The floor plan and color are slightly different, but we have the same basic size and fixtures. It may differ from the room in the photo. Thank you for your understanding. Facilities: There is a twin room with two single beds, a Japanese-style room with three futon sets, a living/dining room, a kitchen, a covered terrace, a table for barbecuing, and a washing machine. The entire interior is a space for guests, but there are rooms nearby. Please do not run around or make noise on the terrace or in the room. Guests other than those staying in the room are not allowed to enter the room.

The perfect place to stay for families. It can accommodate up to 6 people, and there is no extra charge for the number of people. The concept is "stay like you live". The retro Japanese house is full of Japanese atmosphere. Located on a hill, with windows on three sides, you can see Shimoda Park, Shimoda Port, and Shimoda City as if you were looking out from a castle. The sunset view is especially spectacular. Located in the city, restaurants, hot springs, supermarkets, post offices, convenience stores, and the tourist attraction Perry Road are also within walking distance. In addition to walking to the boat boarding area to Izu Shichito and the famous fishing spot "Inunashima", the Shimoda Aquarium is also nearby. 15-minute walk from Izukyu Shimoda Station. Reception and check-in are at NPO Izu in Kamo 6 "Taruya" (3-1-23 Shimoda City), a 5-minute walk away. Parking is available for 1 car within a 2-minute walk. It is located on a hill up the stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible. It is also a bit difficult to carry heavy luggage.

It is the perfect space for those who want to enjoy a view of Irita Beach, which has been certified as having the highest water quality rating of AA, from a hill, hear the birds singing in the forest, feel the sound of the wind, and embrace nature as it is. Please use it if you want to forget your daily routine and spend a quiet time in secluded nature, or as a workation. I look forward to it.
