This accommodation has a new concept of hotel, seeking comfotability, food, space and local life. You will be able to enjoy Tokyo by walking around the area and socialising with people at the cafe which we are currently working on to set up by this May. This room is a heartful, familier place to stay even though it is in one of the biggest cities in the world. This town has so many advantages such as Togoshi Ginza shopping street, stylish cafes, tasty restaurants, public spas and shrines.
“Great apartment for a short stay in Tokyo. It is in a quiet district which is very nice and relaxing. My only point is the local station is on the Oimachi line which is across Tokyo rather than goes into the centre. But once you work out the right places to change and the right ticket to do so this is also easy!”
In order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, we will sanitize and ventilate the whole apartment after check out. Also there is hand sanitizer provided. AOCA SANNO, an unique lodging which is based on the concept of 24-hour Art museum, provide an opportunity for foreigners to experience and fulfill the curiosity towards the Japanese Culture. This lodging is designed by MHAK. And all the room layout and furniture are selected by an Japanese interior designer, Shinya Endo.
“A really great first visit to Tokyo. And the stay at The Aoca Tokyo Sanno played its part in making it a memorable trip. A ten minute stroll plus a thirty minutes by train from Tokyo Station and my plan to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist centre of this big city worked a treat. After a day in the middle of Tokyo with all the people and the noice I could have a nice, slow, relaxing one in Ota City. Just soaking up the surroundings. As others have mentioned there are busy train tracks close by and the trains run all day from 4 in the morning until well after midnight. So that¨s about three to four hours a night without trains. I am used to quiet surroundings but got used to the sound of the trains in a couple of days. In fact, the early morning trains helped wake me up to enjoy Tokyo earlier than I might otherwise have done. :) Still... could be a minus for sensitive sleepers considering this accomodation. And it is by the way a very nice place with the graffitti on the wall, a small but fully equipped kitchen and a nice, large bed to sleep in.”

“Sayoko made our stay in Tokyo super easy. The place is well located with Osaki being on the JR Yamanote line and in a cute neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants (Ramen Enishi was a great recommendation) and convenience stores. The Place is well maintained and provided everything we needed for our stay in Tokyo. You might even be lucky enough to meet her cute dog Miki 🐶 We would definitely stay here again!”
