Historic Stone Cottage that dates back to the pioneering days of the 1840s. Located on the farm "Boraning", which is Western Australia's longest operating broad acre organic farm. Located 17 kms west of Williams, in the rolling hills of the Quindanning Valley. The cottage is near to our horse training facility with friendly horses in adjoining paddocks, pets, walks nearby, a lake to swim in or see the wildlife. Fairway lane is located in a quiet street and laneway. Yet close to centre of town. The $100 is for 1 bedroom for all 3 bedrooms(the entire house to your self for a group is $200) It’s a brick and iron 100 year old house. All furnishings are suited to the historic cottage style. With clean mattresses and quality sheets and bedding. The house is all yours unless other guests are there in one of the other rooms.

Get cosy and settle into this rustic space. This little cottage is fully self contained. It is embedded into our garden with access through the back. There is a coded walk through gate and you can park within the property. You just have to open and close the gates manually. There is a fully operational pool which can be used by all guests as well as owners. The photographs show the beauty of the cottage.
