The building also takes "safety" into consideration to the maximum extent possible, with excellent earthquake resistance, and is built on a hill 55 m above sea level overlooking the sea, and is equipped with a "self-generating power generator" that is safe even in the event of a power outage, ensuring peace of mind for residents. The west side room overlooks Shimoda Bay and is bright and open, and the east side room overlooks the Pacific Ocean and overlooks Oshima of Izu Shichito. Both rooms have a luxurious view of the sea.

This is a traditional Japanese Onsen Ryokan (Hot Spring Inn). It has only 6 spacious rooms. Some rooms have 2 single beds with tatami floor. Some rooms are fully tatami. Depending on the number of occupants and availability, room type can be selected upon booking (room size from 22 sq m to 40 sq m). 100% pure ONSEN is the highlight of the ryokan. The onsen is freshly pumped from deep down of the nearby volcano.
