An Asian resort-style residence in a great location, a 2-minute walk from Kawaguchiko station, which opened in November 2020. It is a very convenient location for sightseeing in the Kawaguchiko and Fuji Goko areas, with a 2-minute walk to the convenience stores and restaurants around Kawaguchiko Station, and a 6-minute walk to the shore of Lake Kawaguchiko. We also have a private parking lot for 2 cars, so you can easily access it by car, train, or bus. Although it is a compact 34 m² condominium, it has a Balinese-style living and dining room and a modern Japanese bedroom. The maximum capacity is 6 adults. (If you have children with you, you can use it for up to 8 people, including adults and children.) There is a full kitchen where you can cook, a shower, a drum washing machine, a gas washing machine, and other items for a comfortable stay, so I am sure that not only tourists but also long-term guests will be satisfied. For hot springs, there is a free shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko Station, which is a 2-minute walk, to Fujiyama Onsen and Fuji Kenbo-no-Yu Yurari. Excellent access to Fujikyu Highland. It is 1 stop (2 minutes) from Kawaguchiko Station.

Situated on a high ground opposite the Yuhigaoka rest stop where the sunsets are beautiful, you can spend your holiday in a quiet cottage between the ocean and the woods with vast expanses of ocean in front of you and untouched forests behind you. There are also several beaches nearby, and it is suitable for marine leisure and fishing. There is a microwave and refrigerator, but there is no stove, so it is not possible to cook in the room. The deck is large and open and has a BBQ that you can rent for a fee. (Reservation required, 4,000 yen fee, cannot bring in your own) Food ingredients are not included in the price, so please bring your own. Please note that you cannot cook anything other than the rented BBQ grill. There is no supermarket or convenience store for shopping within a 15 km radius. Please purchase ingredients in Matsuzaki or Shimogamo before coming.
