It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. The neighborhood, "Gjuhadol" is one of the oldest, safest and the definitely the most vivid neighborhood in Shkoder. The whole building is brand new and as for the appartment, we took care of every detail to make you feel like home.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
