Famtastic villa, accommodated large group of 10 family reunion - , aged from 8 to 83! Jas was great more then helpful, responding in minutes extensive knowledge of local resources, Helped us with everything - from getting to villa and local public holiday schedule, getting groceries, finding restaurants , arranging boat and yacht tours etc His helper Rosa lives on a property-great soul, feiendly and supportive Pictureus and idilic rural location, Jas provided a detailed instructions with a lot of prompting on our initial arrival driving time from nearest Tivat airport about 40 minutes, the local village with 3 restaurants and small shop / the beach 10 minutes. Clean pool , Wi Fi, lot of table games and books ! Roads are bit tricky to drive , esp for larger car but ok Hetting to a beach is better by car-overwise steppy walk Thank you Jas and Rosa

Danilo is very helpful and provides a lot of recommendations. It was great pleasure to stay in his apartment with breathtaking view from the big terrace. The space inside is well arranged and equipped which makes the visit even more enjoyable.

Just the most idyllic and beautiful space to recharge. Goran is by far the best host I've ever encountered. It really feels like staying with a long lost friend that gives you plenty of space and privacy. The breakfasts in the morning are just amazing and so varied. I've come back lighter and so full of energy. For runners the villa has some beautiful traffic free running routes (just a couple if protective dogs to dodge on the way). The perfect place to recharge away from everything but close enough to everything? (definitely recommend hiring a car)

A lovely hidden gem in the city. You are surrounded by 1 acre of land with chickens and beautiful fruit trees. Parking is on the property what’s very convenient. We were a bit surprised that all properties in Shkoder are having high concrete walls, which doesn’t give a very appealing atmosphere. But to experience this area of Albania I really recommend staying at this location.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the forest and blue villa and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Exceptional Hospitality and Impeccable Property From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. They were always available to answer our questions and provided excellent recommendations, making us feel truly welcome. Their responsiveness and genuine desire to ensure our comfort really set the tone for a fantastic stay. The villa itself was simply perfect. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this a true home away from home. Breathtaking Views And the view from the property? Absolutely stunning! Waking up to the panoramic scenery each morning was a highlight, and the sunsets were simply unforgettable. It added an incredible layer of beauty to an already wonderful trip.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful new villa in the north of Albania. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication via Airbnb was very good. The villa is perfect for a large group or multiple families and offers a great view of Lake Skoder. There is a lakeside beach within walking distance, as well as cozy restaurants and cafes nearby. For groceries, you need to travel a bit further, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Montenegro is within driving distance and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean and relaxing vacation!

Very good stay and host. Would recommend!!

We were very satisfied with everything. We haven't had a stay experience that met our expectations for a long time. Everything has been considered for the people staying in this house. I don't know if there is a missing point, but for us, it was a disappointment that there was no dishwasher in the house. Apart from this situation, everything was as we wanted.

We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

Budimir and his son run an incredible place. They made us feel at home instantly. There is also a private restaurant that is just for the AirBnB. The table set up by the sea is unreal. 100000% recommend.

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Just as described. The children loved the pool. Friendly and welcoming host. Great little shop down the road for essentials. There is lots to do within an easy driving distance.

Lovely home right on the water. Perfect for relaxing. Very detailed instructions on how to operate anything in the home. Also has a very good guide to the local area.

Absolutely amazing air bnb hosts- the best I’ve ever had. Darko and his brother were incredible helpful with suggestions of what to do, they helped us book taxis, took us on a boat tour and were incredibly friendly. The house is in the most beautiful setting. You walk out the door and immediately have a great view of the sea. I can’t thank you enough for an amazing stay and all your help whilst we were there!

The villa was simply beautiful, very well maintained and consistent with the photos. The setting was perfect to relax. Hosts were very available, attentive and always responsive to our needs. We feel that they are really attentive to every detail to ensure a great stay. I highly recommend it!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spotless – clean, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. It had everything we needed for a relaxing break. What made the stay even more special was the host. Incredibly welcoming and attentive, Milos was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt completely at home. It’s not often you come across such genuine hospitality! We went on a 3 hours boat trip recommended by Milos which was wonderful. The villa's setting was peaceful and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. I wouldn't hesitate to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.

The Villa was beautiful and in a great location!

A group of us stayed at Stevo’s place earlier this month and had a great time. Stevo was really responsive, our flight arrived hours early so we arrived earlier than check in but Stevo came straight to meet us there for check in and gave us lots of information about the place. He also sent us a list of recommendations too. His father was really kind and picked fresh grapes, chilli’s and cabbages from the vineyard when he same to collect our rubbish. The place was as described and clean. Only thing is that the driveway up to the villa was on a hill and was quite rustic. But we made it up there daily with a camervan and a small SUV and it was manageable. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Filip and Jovanka’s place! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Montenegro!

Anna was an amazing host. She was clear and very responsive with communication. Gave us great recommendations during our stay. The accommodation itself was just the like the pictures, private and spacious. The view is probably one of the best in Montenegro especially at sunset over the pool. The pool has some loose/missing tiles which might cause injury but that’s a tiny detail

Spectacular villa, the outdoor/pool area is incredible and the views are beautiful. The hosts are super helpful, and always on hand/available for anything you need. Highly recommend for a group stay!

We recently stayed for 10 days with our 18 month old, parents and in laws. 6 adults in total and it was a perfect space. Location was good with a pekara (bakery) and 3 supermarkets nearby. The roads to get there were a little difficult with a pushchair but we managed it daily. Also a short walk down to the beach for an ice cream! The pool was great and the views of the mountains were stunning. My husband and I went off for the weekend to a wedding at Talići Hills in Sutomore, this villa was a perfect location to be close by enough for the little one! The hosts were easy to reach by text and helped with queries quickly. We’d highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxed holiday in beautiful Montenegro. Thank you!

I had the most amazing birthday trip I could have asked for. Not only was the villa absolutely stunning, and a mesmerising place to wake up and relax in, the host made our trip infinitely better with his friendly disposition and excellent recommendations.
