A beautifully located home, 5 minutes walk to Little Beach and to Shoal Bay beach, close to the Lighthouse, cafes, restaurants, shops and Marina. Pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard. A large boat ramp is a minute away. Accommodation for 6 people in 3 rooms, with a main and an ensuite bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedrooms have a queen and a double bed. There is an outdoor alfresco undercover dining area and BBQ. All linen is supplied including beach towels.

Our cosy beach cottage is best suited for young families and has ample room to park a boat or JetSki. We are also open to hosting dogs on enquiry.
