With multiple lounge rooms, living areas, 2 open sandstone fireplaces a huge balcony with inbuilt BBQ, lounge and dining for 10 plus another balcony with spa there is plenty of space.

Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 2 indoor living spaces both with TV's, one has a gorgeous fireplace. Outdoor deck with BBQ, dining table and outdoor sofa seating, adjacent to firepit and 12m pool. Everything you need and walking distance (1km) to the wonderful Highlands village of Bundanoon. There is a garage/barn on site which is not available for use but there is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Strict no party policy & noise should be in keeping with the quiet location.

Ocean Farm

Ocean Farm consists of 180 acres of grazing and dairy farming land. The land is farmed by the Miller family, who have lived in the area for nearly 200 years, while the farm is owned by the Burrell family, who purchased the property in 1983. The current house was commissioned by Sir Raymond Burrell and his wife, Lady Burrell, in 1983 and was designed and built by renowned Sydney architect, Espie Dodds. The farm has been run and managed by Drew Burrell since 2005.
