Very good neighborhood and a very nice place, will recommend for anyone traveling to Tokyo!

We had a great stay at this flat in Tokyo! The location is perfect — very close to the station, with a playground nearby for the kids, and a 7-Eleven and bakery conveniently located on the first floor. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent — they were very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our visit. It was a great base for exploring the city, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the apartment. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo!

What a wonderful home! Chihoko was so incredibly helpful, kind and thoughtful. Recommended restaurants, parks and entertainment! The location was walking distance to DT line and the bus...so it was super easy to explore. And one stop to the bustling Shibuya. At night the neighborhood was so quiet, and the beds so comfortable. Having Lawsons across the street made our jetlag bearable. And having space for our family of 4 to spread out was great. Don't miss this spot! Book it and love it! 5 stars!

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this lovely home. The house is functional, clean, and thoughtfully equipped—not very spacious, but perfectly comfortable for the three of us. It had everything we needed, right down to the smallest details like personal toiletries and cooking spices, which made our stay even more convenient. One of the highlights was the strategic location—situated near both Yokohama and Tammachi stations, making commuting around the city super easy and efficient. Mrs. Teng, the host, is such a kind and attentive lady. She checked in on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, and even welcomed us with fruits and snacks upon arrival—a very thoughtful touch! She also generously allowed us a late check-out on our last day due to our night flight, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located, and well-equipped home with a genuinely caring host. Thank you Mrs Teng.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ota City. Natsuki was very proactive in providing instructions and communicating with us. Clear helpful instructions were provided on site along with many thoughtful local recommendations. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so we slept very well. Clean and well organized with what we needed. We appreciated the extra touches like having plenty of hangers, toiletries, and a personal welcome left in the kitchen. Overall our stay felt throughout like we were being welcomed to stay at a friend's home, which was delightful.

I stayed with 3 friends and family. The children enjoyed exploring the house, relaxing in the living room, staying up late, getting up early, and spending time together as a family. There was a lovely view of the ocean, and the house was clean, comfortable, stylish and comfortable. I would like to stay again soon. Thank you very much.

This was our first trip to Japan and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dans place! The house was exactly as pictured and the directions given were perfect! The home is fully equipped with everything you could need! Having the 3 floors was nice as we traveled as a family of 5 with 2 teenagers, so everyone was able to have their own space. I will say, if having a tv is important to you, there aren’t any in this home, but that was not an issue at all for our family! Dan provided great local recommendations and was very responsive with any questions I had. The house is in a great location for multiple train stations and corner stores. We will definitely reach back out to stay here again on our next trip to Japan!

It was a very beautiful and lovely home, partly because it had just opened.The design of the house, the furniture, and the appliances, all of them were well thought out, and it was easy to use.There was a table by the pool, and it was great to be able to eat together.Also, the host's response was quick and kind, which was helpful.Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, but they were flexible.This stay was a wonderful experience.Thank you very much.

100% worth trying out. For those from the west, this is a great opportunity to experience countryside Japanese life in a traditional Japanese home. Toru did an excellent job keeping the place clean and making it feel authentic. Hopefully will come back soon!

Overall, we had a great stay. Good location, good amenities, and plenty of room for our party of 8. We did a last minute booking, and they were able to turn the place around in a timely manner for our stay. The host met us at check-in, and was very responsive and periodically checked in throughout our stay. However, it should be noted that the house is located on a pretty steep hill which could be a cause for concern for folks especially parties with older/elderly guests as we could not drive up it, and uber/taxi did not drive up to drop you off. Other than that, the stay was great and worth the cost.

Our family of four stayed here for eight nights. The host couple personally welcomed us, brought us gifts, introduced us to the use of the appliances and facilities in the house, and very thoughtfully prepared baby wipes, shower gel, toys, and other baby supplies for the baby we were traveling with. The refrigerator in the kitchen on the second floor was filled with water, drinks, yogurt, and other food for us to use for free.The house is very clean, the stairs to the second and third floors, the kitchen, and the rooms are spotless and impeccable.The surrounding environment of the residence is very quiet, the living atmosphere is strong, and it is in stark contrast to the crowded downtown area of Tokyo. There are convenience stores, fast food restaurants, restaurants, large supermarkets and other catering facilities within walking distance.The living room, kitchen, and living room on the second floor provided a convenient living space for our family. In the morning, we would have breakfast together in the kitchen, and after eating, we would start the day's journey. In the evening, after returning to the residence, we would rest and chat in the living room.The host responded very quickly and always replied quickly to messages. More importantly, she helped us collect and dispose of kitchen and household waste during the trip in a timely and enthusiastic manner. Tourists who have been to Japan know how important this is!The stairs to the second and third floors are narrow and steep (it can't be helped, a common problem in Japanese detached buildings), which can be a bit difficult for the elderly who need to carry large luggage upstairs and have difficulty walking, but the stairs are equipped with handrails to ensure the safety of going up and down the steps.If you want to avoid the crowds of downtown Tokyo, this is a great choice for a family to live in.

Very nice apartment, a little far from the metro but easy to get to. The elevator in the residence is a real plus because traveling with a stroller is really convenient. I had a hard time finding the airbnb and the host made it easy for me to find it. Small present at the end of the stay issued by the host which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend it without hesitating!

We were a family of 5 adults from Australia and we each had a comfortable bed to ourselves in the 2 bedrooms that were available. Good size apartment floor for a place in Japan. Quite place on the top of the building on the 3rd floor. On the negative side there is no lift so you need to carry luggage up 3 floors of stairs. Also there is no where to store your luggage if you arrive before or after the check in or departure times.

We appreciated the upgrades given that we had a family stay.Communication was also very smooth.The children were also very kind.I want to stay there again.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.
