Wonderful weekend in a beautiful place to celebrate retirement with family.We really appreciated the welcome and local information, and the lovely wine from Janet, who was very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable.

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

The house was well located, clean and had everything you could possibly need for a perfect girls weekend away! Cosy nights by the fire and a short walk to the beach to watch the sunset were definitely highlights. Marta was easy to get in contact with and has all the little details thought out. Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

A great spot with Views, Privacy and Space. Lots to do and central to the Mornington Peninsula. We had three family’s share the space for a birthday weekend and enjoyed the fireplace, open kitchen, vineyard walk, baloneys and great amenities. I would defiantly recommend and stay again. Perfect for a large group.

Wonderful place to stay! Exactly as described and very clean. I stayed here through a recommendation and it definitely met the expectations. Very functional and cosy space to stay. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into the space. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Gathering Shores. So many warm and homely touches noticed from the moment we walked in. It was a very comfortable base to set up in for our family getaway on the Mornington Peninsula.

Dot was a great host and our stay was amazing, as food and drinks were also provided. We were greeted to a clean, cosy property. Great outdoor and indoor areas, spacious living room and bathroom. Overall, was an amazing stay and would recommend for others!

A well-decorated, spacious, and spotless place with lots to do (both inside and outside of the accommodation). Unfortunately it was a very short stay but that just means we will have to come back another time!

Wow, this was a magical experience. Loretta was so nice and kind to us and easy to deal with. We stayed at paradise the views were 10x better than photos just breathless. You can tell Loretta goes to a lot of effort to make you feel happy, the beautiful delicious bread! The eggs that were fresh, the breakfast assortments the dressing gowns etc. We cannot recommend this stay enough!!!!! Definitely worth going to and having a beautiful relaxing unwind of a weekend :) we have kids and grandkids so was amazing to just have some r and r ! Have already recommended to friends and we will hopefully be back :)

My girlfriend and myself had a beautiful long weekend get away at Liza’s Perch. Beautiful surroundings and views from the unit which was a stunning sight to see over the bay. Would 100% recommend going down to the peninsula and staying at the Perch, which has beautiful driving roads. Restaurants, and beaches to be treated with

I highly recommend this place for its style, location, and the host's responsiveness. The living area is enormous, beautifully styled, and it feeds to a spacious balcony. Despite it sitting above a cafe it's very peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Was an excellent stay and Steve was a helpful and responsive host. Place was lovely, clean and had great amenities, would highly recommend!

The place was comfortable and cosy, easy to find and conveniently located. Karen was friendly and responsive, overall it is a lovely condo for anyone looking to stay in Mt Eliza for a few days.

Wonderful place to stay, with easy drive to great restaurants and nice walk to the beach. The outside blockout blinds make for secure, ensconced feeling. Great for maintaining a dark sleeping environment with less road noise. My partner and I loved our stay, and found the apartment easily provided a relaxing environment to unwind in. Also, giant seahorse 👌
