Great location & Nice property, We had amazing time at this villa. Rooms & Bathrooms were clean &. tidy. Pool was little smaller than expected from pictures. But it didn't stop us from having fun. Having Pool is fun in itself. Nice owner & caretaker too

The blue Ocean villa is a place of total peace. If you love the mountains and also the sea, this is the best place to visit. Both are at a near to each other, and mountain will give your solitude when you want and the roaring waves will welcome you in hardly 3-4 mins. Had a amazing & pleasant stay at this very well maintained cosy house. It has beautiful view of the ocean and has its own club house to chill. A big thanks to the host. Looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing host!! Loved the serenity of the place. Although it's located at the centre/roadside, the lace was clean, quiet and private. The indoor pool was clean, the beds and the bedsheets were clean. The local homely food that cook made for us was amazing. The caretaker was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Would love to recommend to my friends and family ✌️

The location is on a small hill, it’s green and has beautiful natural surroundings. The owner Satish and his wife are lovely hosts. The food is excellent and they made it to our request. The space is clean and the hosts make every effort to make your stay memorable. This is more like a home stay with independent house for living and not really a villa like stated in the description. The pool is rather small. Beach is about 500 mts walk. One can hear the ocean in the porch at night. For someone coming from the city the simple life and natural environment is a refreshing break.

We had an amazing stay at this homestay! The host (Sangeeta Tai) was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed. The location was ideal – peaceful and quiet, yet close to the sea beach. Sangeeta Tai also provided great tips on things to see, explore delicious local cuisine and so on! which made our trip even more memorable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and authentic experience. Can’t wait to come back!

one of the hidden gems on airbnb...jus tucked away in the hills...u see a different side of alibag ...jus trees and birds ...plus great staff , very attentive and made us feel at home...food was awesome ..and pool was cherry on top...plus the bonfire ...v r visiting again for sure

Great place, very spacious and peaceful. Loved the sense of space and to wake up to the songs of birds. The villa has a large pool which for me was the best part. We felt right at home with the friendly caretaker who took good care of our needs. Overall, i highly recommend Yuvaan's villa

Aqua Arina is a beautiful and very charmimg villa in a peaceful (although the masjid in the vicinity might wake up some early in the morning) remote area (no mobile network available but very reliable Wi-Fi) with limited indoor space but a lot of outdoor sitting areas and space, which was exactly what we were looking for, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool Food and hospitality was excellent, we were very well taken care of by Sunil and his family who live on the property in a separate cottage, while respecting our privacy at the same time. Highly recommended!

A great destination to get away from the city havoc and work life. A very cool place, well maintained. Also the food served was very tasty. We got a very warm welcome. Most importantly we got a feel like we were in our own house. Kudos to Eshan and his family for making us feel like that. Had a great holiday and that too at a very reasonable price. Must visit.

Visited Kashid with family and was looking for a quiet and private place to relax and get away from our busy lives. Zen villa offered this and lived up to our expectations. The hosts were friendly and responsive and house help and staff made our stay easy and enjoyable. Atharva was an excellent host right from the moment we arrived 2 hours before check-in time. The property is clean & hygienic. Although there were some hiccups due to the heavy rains, we still got help, even at 3 am. The locality is safe as it's situated in a well maintained mini-city. I would highly recommend this for a stay with family / friends as it has a shared pool, net cricket, snooker, carrom, etc. It was a bargain stay for the price as well. Will be surely visiting again !

It was very wonderful experience at this farm house...After booking Instantly Host contacted us n they guide us everything about destination n services..we visited many other villas in Maharashtra but the this was very pleasant experience in Saanjh farm....it was 4 bhk villa ..they have all AC rooms, all are very clean, decent with attached Toilet bathroom...each toilets have everything in it like hand wash soap, tissue paper n all... Kitchn have everything in it like Gas, utensils, two refrigerator, washing machine, RO water filter. Caretaker is very polite person he is always available to help us if any problem is thr...We are group of family... destination is in interior but road connectivity is good...All rooms have Two kind of power backup they have... Inverter backup and generator backup also... The best part is swimming pool ..very clean water n u can enjoy till you want

A good place to enjoy freedom from the everyday hassle. The view is excellent and is close to the beach. There is no mobile network in the entire area and hence, everything works on WiFi. We had to face the WiFi outage for a day, where we couldn't make calls, which was very problematic. The food they offer comes from far place and so you need to place an order 3hrs before. Also, there aren't many good options for food available around the place. Overall, liked the place and was a decent stay with a unique experience.

Stayed at Atul’s place for couple of days. Place is very well designed with modern fixtures. It’s on a hill with Sea and Mountain views. Very quiet and peaceful. All bedrooms are very spacious and can sleep extra. Caretaker and wife were very responsive and attended to all our food demands. Served us excellent maharashtrian delicacies and fish. Great place to stay for a big group!
