Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. I had a wonderful stay at Mike’s apartment. The place was clean well-furnished, and very comfortable—just like the photos. The location was super convenient, with everything I needed close by. Mike was an excellent host. friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy and early. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The host should be Russian, the people are very welcoming, the check-in environment is nice, the surrounding is quiet, the staff is also very good, there is a problem to solve it at any time, go out to the beach for a few minutes, you can take a double car to Pattaya Walking Street or Jomtien Beach, transportation is very convenient.In particular, you can get to Pattaya to Su-Nawampo, which is 10 minutes away.The pharmacy near the accommodation is more affordable than other places, there are 711 and night market outside, the accommodation is worth recommending, great value for money.

Place was amazing and host was so helpful and understanding

This thai style house is secluded from the main road thus it is very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and well taken care of. There is a convenient-store, pharmacy and many restaurants in the area. Bathbuses are available on the mainstreet that take you all the way to central pattaya. I enjoyed my stay.

We loved it! Pros - there are security cameras (security) - Toaster, Blender - Great washing machine that didn't spoil things and wash everything - Super host, helped us with anything - Plenty of dishes - Large balcony - Good internet, suitable for zoom calls, there were no interruptions, the speed was high - Functional table and chair - Great dryer - Convenient parking - Pool and hall (but not large) Cons - The bed was not one, but two, sometimes separated - Not enough space for things (the closet was slightly clogged with things) - The air conditioner did not change the temperature - Sometimes noisy neighbors (but this is out of the host's control) We would love to stay again, it was one of the best apartments we rent.

The place is in the middle of everything on bike. What I really liked is that the the room stays cool enough even when ac turned off.
