Amazing stay! The place exceeded our expectations — spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with stunning beachfront views. Everything was well-prepared, and the atmosphere made our trip extra relaxing. We loved every moment of our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!

Clean space, large space

The Luxury Pool Villa is located in very peaceful surroundings. It is at some distance from the Sukamvit, and having your own transport is advisable. That said, our stay was enjoyable. The villa is well equipped, and everything worked. The hosts Patcharin and Jack are extremely responsive and helpful and a joy to communicate with. Overall, the villa offers very good value for money and great levels of privacy.

The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

Great place to stay for group of people. The project located in a peaceful surrounding with a walkable distance to the beach. The property is quite spacious which you can enjoy quality time with your family.

Great location with full facilities and all equipped. We can even cook and enjoy the meals just next to the pool. the house space was just nice! We are a big family stayed and it was just nice. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. Nath was very helpful and supportive with a timely response. Great hospitality and value!

The house is very cute. Perfect for family visits. My father loves it. There is a lift up and down. Very convenient.

Felt like a 5 star stay. There were 8 + 1 room. In 8 rooms two were huge and looked/delt better than a 5 star hotel. The other 6 were smaller and not every room has a private bathroom. But we were aware of this while booking too. Pools were smaller but very clean. Location is in the Center of Pattaya and closer to all the tourist attractions. Overall an amazing stay. Will definitely comeback.

The housekeeper and a fat servant are very welcoming, the service is very good, this trip was very pleasant, we had a very pleasant stay hopefully we will have another chance to come to Pattaya next time, we will choose to stay here again, we have a little more time to leave, the housekeeper arranged a very enthusiastic driver for us, very enthusiastic, hope to see the driver again next time.

Overall it was a very nice villa, the only thing that bothered us all. We were nine people and the beds were very, very hard! Otherwise everything was right, which was also on the photos, which is a bit difficult for Europeans, everything is set in Chinese.

The house is clean and easy to find. The owner is being very nice with us.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Pattaya! The house was spotless, spacious, and even nicer than the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at by far! Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pattaya. We’d definitely love to stay here again. Easily a 5-star experience all around!

Nice large villa in a decent location - it's hard to find any truly walkable to walking street. Everything is pretty spelled out in advance. The cash deposit and threats of fines and charging for electricity certainly made me uneasy and almost unwilling to take the risk, but I imagine crazy parties and damages are likely common in Pattaya and they also rent outside Airbnb so I somewhat understand. The electricity is the only part I find distasteful but to some degree I get it though expect to pay €200 a week extra for moderate use which seems excessive. All in all - still a great stay and they weren't overbearing or excessive with any fees and treated me fairly. Would stay again.

Amazing Villa & Exceptional Hospitality Our stay at this villa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the place. The villa was well-maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool – it was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing dip. The surroundings added to the charm, making it a truly peaceful retreat. A special mention to the caretaker (Tin Tin ), who was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! Looking forward to visiting again.

Nonthapat was a very great host to us.He wanted to upgrade the place if we wanted to go to Pattaya but we rather stayed in Bang saen area.The house is in a very beautiful gate community.

Looks even better in real life. Super friendly host and staff. Would book again and might next year!
