Artepalermo is a Bed and Breakfast apartment in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo, on the top floor of an old, renovated house, without elevator and surrounded by lanes, churches, markets, washing, squares and terraces. You will live in the house of an artist and you can visit her studio. Your room is more than 25 square metres, it has a double and a single bed, a sofa, a bureau and a balcony. There is a shared sitting room, a shared dining room, a roof terrace, another atmospheric little terrace and a kitchen where you can also cook. You will have a private bathroom, but it is not in the room itself. The furniture and the style of the apartment are basic with an artistic touch. There is free quick unlimited internet( fibre). As we are really in the heart of the centre you can walk within a few minutes to the food markets, supermarkets, flea markets, shops, restaurants, musea, port and parcs. it is less than 5 minutes walking to the sea! The centrale train station is at 10 minutes walking. In case you arrive by car (but you don't need it in Palermo) : you are not allowed to go into the historic centre without a special pass ( the ZTL), but you can park on the Foro Italico (near Porta Felice is the nearest). If somebody asks you money, give him maximum 1 or 2 euros. We are a Dutch woman, a Tunisian man and a Sicilian dog We speak English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic.

Dista 5 km dal tempio di Segesta, 15 dalle spiagge di Castellammare del Golfo e 28 dalla riserva dello zingaro. A 45 km è possibile raggiungere le splendide saline di Marsala e a 42 km la città di Erice. Inoltre, gli aeroporti di Palermo e Trapani sono a circa 35 km di distanza. Posizione strategica per visitare la zona.

The loft is located on the Avola waterfront in one of the most popular areas of the city. The highway is only 1 km away and will allow you to reach the main tourist destinations (Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, Scicli and Marzamemi) in a short time. A small gym, bikes and kayaks will add a dynamic touch to your vacation.

B&B Anapama

Anapama has four different accommodations visible in my profile (Vivien). The ten of denari is about 24sqm, is completely separate from the main house and has a small private garden. From the entrance we have an open space with a small kitchenette equipped with all accessories, double bed with large window overlooking the garden and private bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioner and heat pump.

The Oriental Fumoir at Ballarò Market

I live in the most lively and popular part of the historical centre of Palermo, exactly at the beginning of the famous Ballartò Market, in a large flat with a fumoir with oriental decorations from the early decades of the 20th century. It is not a B&B, nor a hotel, it is a real house where I live and where I welcome my guests like old friends with whom I share a love for art, travel and the diversity of cultures.

Lo Ionio is a cozy mini apartment, perfect for 2/3 guests. Located on the ground floor, it features a kitchenette, A/C, bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, TV with receiver, safe, and a lovely terrace where breakfast is served with sea views or a charming dinner in the evening. The fully closable gazebo allows enjoying the panorama even on cooler days. Free B&B parking. A car is required.

A country house with large terraces, a large yard with parking in the courtyard, a flower garden with important native essences, a vegetable garden cultivated by the owners with the main seasonal products, sometimes available to guests, a small vineyard of Nerello Mascalese for a small family production of wine, a large orchard for seasonal fruit.

La stanza "La Pigna" è l'unica con un antico affresco sul tetto risalente ai primi anni del '900 e con un piccolo balconcino, tipico del centro storico della città, con affaccio sulla strada principale. Ha un'ampia doccia con cromoterapia e un piccolo angolo con forno a microonde e lo stretto necessario per organizzarsi uno spuntino.
