Luxury Villa in Side with private pool and 4 bedrooms just 350m from the beach. You cant get a villa with a much better location than this, just 7 minutes walk to the beach. This villa is situated on the Sunrise Hill complex ,which features two generously sized swimming pools and childs pool-however the villa has its own private pool to the front of the property when a little peace and tranquility is required.There is an on site shop and cafe .The development comprises of just 7 villas and 24 apartments. The villa comprises of ground floor : large open plan lounge/kitchen ,with washing machine,dishwasher ,fridge/freezer,oven and hob -TV and Dvd . The lounge opens via two patio doors onto the spacious terrace with views over the private pool. Twin bedroom and ground floor shower room On the upper floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom -two further bedrooms (one twin and one double and family bathroom.All bedrooms have balconies. Just 20 minutes walk to Side Old town --frequent Dolmus service from the main road approx 3 minute walk from the development.

About 700 - 1200 meters to the deserted beach, fully equipped (from the end of May till the end of October) with tents, sunbeds and transportation (all - free for you). Parking lot under security control. Huge swimming pool (size 800 sq.m.) + kids pool. Tennis courts. Playground. Please note: village isolated from civilization, there are no public transportation to the shops except taxi. Absolutely quiet and peaceful place!
