This semi-rural mountainside retreat is the ideal prescription for the city-weary seeking an outdoor adventure or peace and space to relax. In the summer, enjoy local fishing, hiking, bird watching, canoeing, and kayaking during the day and unwind under the stars at night. In the winter you can enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, and sledding or settle down and sink into the microfiber couches relaxing in front of the wood-burning stove. Located only 2 hours from NYC, Albany, and Syracuse.

Soak in your own private mineral spring fed claw foot tub and shower on the front porch of a newly redone tiny 1969 vintage trailer, alongside a flowing brook, nestled in the woods on 12 acres in the catskills mountains. All updated, this adorable RV is comfortable year round. It offers A/C, incredibly comfy heat, and top of the line bedding. Perfect for the soloist, or a couple, the twin bed is amazingly comfortable, and the adjacent kitchen is well equipped. We provide Starlink Wi-Fi.

Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

You can even take a tour of our farm or hike around our property. You might even be able to feed or pet a cow. It's all  located on our 460 acre farm. Running water toilet and hot shower are yours, and not shared by anyone else. Our tent is within 10 minutes of Salt Springs State park.
