Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Cute casita perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. We were able to use the space in a way that was still comfortable for us. Instructions are clear and close distance to Universal when there was no traffic.

Loved the location on the peninsula. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants and really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop deck. Beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful also to have the garage for our car and e-bikes since parking is such a challenge in that area. Appreciated our host being available for any questions on arrival and throughout our stay. Hope to visit again!

Really cute home, all renovated. Comfortable. The AC we used it a little but realized with the ceiling fans and windows we didnt need. Lots of restaurants and coffee areas quick driving. There's a park behind the house. Be ready for looking for parking but its California which its expected. The host is nice and very responsive, A+ Thank you! Highly recommended

We absolutely loved our stay in the Casita. It was private easy to access and dog friendly. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend!! such a beautiful space would definitely stay here again.

My family (including a 3yo and infant) and I had an excellent stay at Mylbra’s. The property was beautiful, serene and comfortable. We had everything we needed and at a central location for a long weekend. Mylbra was also so kind to my daughter who was fascinated by her beautiful garden.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This was our 1st Airbnb and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was so nice and felt home-y. The host was so nice and responsive to all my questions during our stay. We hope to stay longer next year

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was just as described, it felt warm and inviting and I was instantly at ease. The bed and bedding was comfortable and the A/C and ceiling fans kept the place cool. There was even bottled water in the fridge and a bag of chips ready to snack on. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Long Beach. The neighborhood is very well known for being upper class and it shows. For those that have dogs, the park is steps away from the property.

The unit was exactly as described in the listing. The unit was clean and very easy to check in to with the keypad. The host was very polite, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Fantastic price and I would stay here again

A great small place to stay, and not far from main attractions like the Aquarium of the Pacific and Queen Mary.

Zia's home is absolutely beautiful! My daughter and I enjoyed everything about her place. I loved her front porch and sat out at all times of the day and found it very peaceful. The neighborhood is walkable and their is a cute park around the corner that I loved walking to every day. Her home is stocked with everything that you need. The washer and dryer in the garage was very convenient. Two dollars total for a load that is for the washer and dryer combined. You will not be disappointed staying with Zia in her beautiful home. ❤️

Stephanie's place is beautiful and shes made sure that you can have a great time in the house as well. The rooms are pretty and the patio beautiful. Fairly everything was nearby and the long beach areas are fun too. A must visit

Avideh’s house was extremely pleasant and peaceful. We were able to enjoy the patio at night feeling safe and comfortable. It’s a really cute house. Would definitely stay again.
