First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

Hello, after researching many alternatives in Sapanca, we decided on Dut Sapanca. The location of the house that attracted us to this place was that it was a stone house with a single-story and two private bathrooms, the garden and pool were large enough and very tidy. And when we went, we saw how right our choice was. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the attention and sincerity that Irem Hn has shown during our entire stay from the first time we booked, leaving the house and into our vehicle. It was really valuable to us. The house is even more beautiful than it looks. It's in a very central place but very quiet and calm around. Quite sheltered and organized. The garden landscaping is thoughtfully arranged. The BBQ and fire pit are very well positioned. There is a very nice gazebo close to the pool and offering canopy. The pool is quite sufficient and the recirculation unit works efficiently. The interior of the house is quite spacious and beautiful. The fact that there is a shared living area and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on two sides make this house unique. We'll be back.

You can trust a very clean place in terms of cleanliness, you can feel like your own home, I went to many places, believe me, I didn't lie to say that I saw it so clean for the first time. there are light yokes on the straight road 5-10 minutes from the center about its location, it will not be a problem for 4 seasons, the grocery store, the bakery, the hospital, the post office is in the center of 5 - 10 minutes away. while waking up in the morning, you can meditate by listening to the bird civilians with the sound of the stream in nature:) depending on its location, we did not encounter any damage, insects,mosquitoes, etc. in this regard. The apartment's location is excellent, very close to Osman Bey Metro Station. It is very close to Starbucks and Nishan Tashi Street. Close to all services, and the apartment is on the fourth floor, there is an elevator. The apartment is large, with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large, clean hall. The host was wonderful and helpful. The apartment is worth it, frankly and honestly.

Thoroughly enjoyed the location of Kerem’s place. Great views, and handy to metro. The breakfast served on the rooftop was a highlight. Friendly staff and helpful.

Great place to stay with reasonable price

Stayed here June of 2025, I only had 2 nights in Istanbul on my way back from Central Asia. This is a great place, super close to the blue mosque and haggia Sophia, as well as tons of restaurants and shops. Guesthouse is great nice rooms (mine even had a great view of the Bosphorus), and the breakfast terrace on the roof has a spectacular view. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend.

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!

The main highlight of the accommodation is its location for sightseeing, near the metro, in addition to the room cleaning that is carried out daily. On the other hand, the area is busy and a bit noisy.
