Our 1+1 bungalow, all of a separate 1300 m2 area, is located in Isaköy, 5 minutes from the center of Ağva, surrounded by greenery. It is in a calm and safe location, surrounded, sheltered. Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. Evin arkasi orman, onu alabildigine mavilikler ve sabahlari sadece kus sesleri...

It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Welcome to our cozy stone-and-wood cabin by the creek in the heart of Şile! Just a 15-minute walk to Ayazma Beach, this peaceful riverside home offers a truly relaxing escape. Wake up to the sound of birds in the morning and enjoy your coffee with a view of the river. In the garden, you can light a fire or barbecue under the stars. You might even spot turtles in the stream — feel free to feed them or try your luck at fishing.

Five-Star Beach Walk

The location of the space, the surroundings, the structure style, and even the color of the wall, the concrete pile we often encounter, are different from the ugly structures to us and most of our guests. I think it deserves a peaceful place to be relatively isolated from its surroundings, silence, lots of light, and airy. Our fully elevated walled space provides our guests with maximum privacy and security.

Our recently restored Little White House is in a 700-year old neighborhood called Kuzguncuk. It comfortably fits five with capacity to accommodate up to seven guests. It is centrally located on a quiet street a few blocks from the Bosphorus. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, terrace and easy access to a major transportation hub on the Asian side of İstanbul in Üsküdar.
