Family-friendly holiday rentals in Siletz River

Greatest host and house I could have hoped for, especially considering how last minute it was. They went above and beyond to make the stay as wonderful as possible, and easy for all of us. Extremely polite, and proactive. This place feels more like a home than a rental, and it’s easy to feel like you’re staying with family (that you like)! It’s beautiful inside and out. So much to do in the house, you might not actually leave, and they have everything you need and more available. Easily my first choice next time I’m looking to go back. 100/10 stars. Do yourself the favor of staying here.

Sweet little cottage with great ocean views. Located on a narrow gravel road with very little traffic, felt private and secure. 101 runs right behind the property but did not notice any highway noise inside the cottage. Had a great time exploring the tide pools and walking the beach. Be sure to check out the cool shops on 101 in SEAL ROCK. Also, a must- Pacific Sourdough, a few blocks off 101 in Waldport for wonderful varieties of sourdough, pastries, and desserts. Thank you, Ruth. Will look forward to returning!

A super cute cabin with great location -- just right off 101. If you like shopping, you could walk to the outlets! Also a very short walk down to the beach. The loft was really fun and it was really cozy. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Such a perfect and peaceful retreat on the Oregon coast! Northon was incredibly proactive, sending us a ton of local recommendations for hikes, restaurants, and things to do. We loved our time here!

This is our 7th or 8th stay at this house. Super private. Nice fenced in area for the dogs. Great deck to hang out in the sun. BriAnne is always responsive to any needs. Ready to book next year.

Maggie’s Cottage was everything we had hoped for and more. It was very comfortable and so peaceful. It was also nice have all the kitchen items needed to cook meals at the house when you wanted to just stay in and relax after a beach day. We will definitely stay here again. Our stay was problem free. The house was roomy, clean and located perfectly for a variety of day trips. The beach was beautiful and a matter of steps out the door. We ate breakfast and dinner every day in the house. The kitchen was well equipped. Nothing was lacking in any regard. Loved it, and we are thankful that we had this experience as part of our vacation.

It was great to stay at Cathi's house! Beautiful views over the ocean - and the sea fog. Very personal space, which I always look for in an Airbnb. Lot's of books, great kitchen, good shower. We used the house as a base to explore the Oregon coast, but It would be great also for a beach vacation with smaller kids. I forgot my suit and Cathi gracefully send it to me in the mail. This house was amazing! We really enjoyed the backyard with our dogs. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay with family. Kitchen is huge and perfect for cooking meals together. The location is perfect and walkable to various beach access to the calm and less populated bay. We also walked to the wetlands trail with our stroller. Some parts of the trail are not stroller friendly but we made it work. The beds were clean and comfortable, it does get a little cold at night but the two fireplaces made it cozy. The laundry room was equipped with everything and we utilized that to wash some clothes that got dirty at the beach. We will definitely be back with more family as the house is large enough to accommodate more than we traveled with this time. Sue is very responsive and helpful. For a nearby dinner I highly recommend the rusty truck. House felt toddler friendly with pack n play and baby gates available.

This place was absolutely perfect and had everything that was listed. It was spotless, cozy, very close to the beach, and had most of everything needed for a short stay already there. There’s no washer and dryer in house which is slightly inconvenient but there is a laundromat close by. However, that was so easily overlooked by everything else that the house had to offer as well as how kind and responsive the host is. Highly highly recommended and would visit again.

This was one of the best Airbnb rentals we have ever had. The photos don't do it justice. The location is amazing and the house is super comfortable. The view is incredible. We saw lots of coastal wildlife just a few steps out the door.

WOW! This is place feels like home., with a lot more to do. The host were great, the onsite host were very friendly, and attentive. The house is exactly as described and pictured. Easy parking, easy to get in and felt private & safe. The kitchen is fully stocked, plenty to do in the house. We played games and watched a little TV. The beds are comfortable. The shower was pristine and plenty of hot water. The decor is on point! Loved all the nautical and mermaid items. Books on the local hikes & A-frame house style to browse. The walk to beach is an easy path that goes through the picnic area with tables, grills, fire pits, a hammock & a beach toy bin if you need anything. Along the path is a bench where we enjoyed a few sunsets. The beach is awesome & private. Watched surfers down by the cove. The location is perfect for driving the coastline, and plenty to do in Newport. We would definitely stay here again! (yes the carpet is worn a little but come on?! Doesn’t hurt the experience)

perfect little weekend stay spot! The beach access was amazing, pool was really warm and clean they even have different size life jackets that was super helpful since we forgot our daughters! there was beach toys in our room to use, really convenient place to stay!!

Great view of the ocean with a nice trail down to the beach. Condo was spacious and well-kept, with friendly staff. Pool/Spa have been torn down and new buildings are under construction.

This place is incredible. You won't find a better spot. The backyard is sand dunes that lead to the Pacific Ocean, and, to what feels like, a private beach. This is especially perfect for one or multiple families. Six bunkbeds and lots of toys and a play area for small children. Our kids had an absolute blast! You'll love this spot, and Claudia is super responsive to any needs that may arise :)

Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). The Unit we stayed in was much nicer than the pictures suggest. More spacious than expected with an awesome ocean view. The complex also has three separate pools each with adjoining hot tubs. One of the pools and hot tubs is fully indoors. There are also multiple indoor recreation spaces. Great for kids.
