Such a perfect townhouse. View is amazing, well stocked with essentials, and quiet location. You can hear traffic on the 101, but it wasn’t an issue for us. You can actually hear the ocean a good amount of the time, and the trail to the beach is well marked and maintained by the HOA. Would 100% stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Pacific City! The house is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We had everything we needed; the host was very reactive as well as flexible regarding check out time, which we very much appreciated. The beach is very close by (a 5-minute walk). Would highly recommend—can't wait to be back!

I love the place for my daughters family of 3 ! The house is cozy. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom is clean. A lots of kids and cookbooks and sand toys plus 4 bicycles ;) I especially love how convenient the location is, so walkable to every where! I wish I have a place like this in town. Thank you so much!!!

I loved staying here! It was beautiful and nice. The only downside to me staying here was that there wasn’t enough toilet paper in my bathroom, but Bill and Peggy made sure to remedy that but restocking it while I was staying there! I also found a lot of hair lying around the place. But overall it was very nice. Lots of amenities. Great ocean view. Beautiful surroundings. It even had a washer and a dryer! Very impressed with the place! 😁

We enjoyed a few relaxing days at Bill and Peggy’s place. If you travel with kids just be aware that the stairs are steep and there is no gate. Our 2,5 year old was able to get up and down safely. We enjoyed the ocean view and even on a rainy day there was lots to do.

Very responsive host, great location and clean new house!

We stayed here one night. Things were clean and tidy. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, and one bedroom on the 2nd floor along with the living room and kitchen. It has a wonderful view of Yaquina Bay and a nice bay window from which to enjoy it. Having a garage in which to park our car was handy.

We really enjoyed our time at this location. Beautiful views, nice and quiet, house was fully equipped with what we needed, pet friendly, they provided linens to cover the furniture, pet cleaner if needed, dog bowls for food and water, the way the upstairs is situated is perfect, each room gets their own bathroom, plenty of towels, plenty of hooks to hang we towels especially with the frequent use of the hot tub which was also amazing. We felt right at home, furniture was comfortable as well as the beds super comfortable. We also appreciate a discount for ourselves or family for a return visit which we would definitely stay in this location again. Thank you Bill & Peggy.

Good stay. Only complaint is wish they had more rugs in bathrooms and by back door to avoid tracking water inside from hot tub or after shower.

Enjoyed our 2-night stay at White Turtle. Easy access to the beach & walkable to restaurants and window shopping. The garage door wasn’t big enough for our Ram 2500 but most vehicles will likely fit just fine. The kitchen was very well equipped & we found plenty of bath linens and extra blankets to stay cosy. One nightstand lamp had a broken dial but we didn’t really need it; mgmt responded quickly to my msg about it which was nice. The tubs were a nice treat but you’ll want to space baths & showers apart a bit to give the hot water time to catch up. The peekaboo view of the water was nice but it was a bit chilly during our visit to spend time on the cute balcony. The living room is the best feature; bright and spacious with a comfy couch for lounging and a convenient 1/2-bath nearby. Guests should carefully consider & be prepared for the stairs, with bedrooms above the garage & entry but below the living and kitchen areas. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday.

Beautiful home, very comfortable. Stocked with everything you need. We love that we could walk to the beach and to restaurants. I needed help with the lock and they were very responsive. Loved our stay!!!

We had a fantastic stay in Lincoln City. The location is perfect being near the beach access and walkable to shops and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in good working. order. Cute beach decor and many amenities were available to use.

Beautiful view of the bridge! Enjoyed watching the boats and people clamming. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Would be happy to stay here again.

This was a perfect place for us--we had everything we needed, it was clean, centrally located to Waldsport and looked over the golf course. Instructions were clear. We had a great stay and would stay again.

we had 6 people staying all together. there was plenty of room and the house was immaculate. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you are attending an event at the nearby casino. Dawn was a great host and communicated perfectly.
