In this house you can really enjoy yourself in absolutely every room. It has 2 living rooms, one bathroom, one separate toilet, 4 bedrooms with space for 8 adults + one child/baby. The garden is large and has many opportunities for relaxation. It is a short walk (about 700 m) to Skien city center and to a grocery store that is open 24/7. Beach, and kayak jetty summer and winter (2 floating saunas).

Enjoy the simple life and find the tranquility of the forest at Bakkanestua in Siljan. Older cottage with soul in peaceful surroundings, without electricity and water. Gas stove and gas fridge with a small freezer. Wash dishes by hand with water from the stream (heated on the fireplace). Wood, candles and toilet paper are available in the cabin. Double bed/loft with double bed. Bring your own bed linen, dish towels and drinking water/water for cooking. Arrival by car/key to the road barrier. Parking at the cabin.

Nordgardsetra

Welcome to Nordgardsetra 4H seter. We are the only mountain farm left in Vestfold, and here we are engaged in the dissemination of the old mountain farm culture, and process all the milk ourselves. In the yard there are cows, horses, pigs, sheep, calves and chickens. You choose whether you want to take part in the farm life, or just relax during your stay. Included in the overnight stay is a simple breakfast (bread, coffee and milk). Are you more than 5? Please contact us, we may have one of the cabins available.
