We had a great stay in a quiet and very comfortable house. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, the rooms very pleasant, the pool safe for children. The many activities around the house complete this idyllic picture! We strongly recommend

We stayed for a week at Bertrand's place for a business trip. Bertrand is a friendly and very welcoming host! The house is as described, clean and all the amenities offered are functional. We will be back! Thank you Bertrand for hosting us!

William, thank you for letting us use your house. We had a wonderful time, but that was already evident from the extra night we wanted to stay. We are still enjoying the house and the surroundings and tomorrow, 10:00 a.m., we will unfortunately be leaving. Definitely recommended or a reason to come back

Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

What a beautiful place! Florence is a great host as well, all around great experience.

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The grill is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! We had a very nice stay at this place. As can be seen in the pictures, everything is very modern and stylishly furnished. It is clean and you had everything you needed. The location is ideal. You can reach the lake on foot and by car or bike you can quickly reach the city center. Nevertheless, you are in a quiet environment. We liked it very much all around!

"Soothing.🥰" We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Upon our arrival, Mrs. Catherine welcomed us in the light rain, with great kindness. The stay was very pleasant, relaxing and quiet – perfect for a family getaway. A real dream to wake up to the sound of birdsong and fall asleep lulled by the rain. The house is ideally located, which allowed us to visit several cities nearby. For a first stay in Annecy, I found it magical. A big thank you to Ms. Catherine for helping to make this experience memorable! I would highly recommend it❤️

Giuseppe's cottage and garden is beautiful. We can see a lot of love and care has been put into the cottage, including the stone and masonry, i.e. the little lizards carved into the door step. We were very lucky we got to stay so close to the mountains and the view was amazing. Everything was convenient especially the free bus travel into Annecy city center. Best accommodation so far on Airbnb! :)

We had a lovely stay as a family at this listing. The house is well-equipped and spacious, and has a large garden. The accommodation is very located only 15 mins walk from the lake and the city. Our host was available for the duration of our stay.

We had a pleasant stay in Sevrier. The view from the house with the mountains is beautiful, especially at sunrise. The home was clean and well equipped. Communication with Alain was easy and enjoyable. We explored the very pretty area of Annecy. We recommend Alain's house!

Excellent stay in Gregory's house. I really recommend it to families with children because everything is planned for this purpose. The games in the garden made our 3 children happy. The location is the calm of the countryside at the door of the city Grégory is very nice and responds quickly in case of need or advice, it is very appreciable

We are very happy with our weekend at Guilhom. He is very attentive, very attentive to his residents. The house is very nice, the rooms are bright, the terrace area is appreciated (and we even have access to its garden so that the children can play ball). The only small problem is the location of the house near a highway. We recommend Guilhom and his accommodation

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.
