Blocks away is all Los Feliz has to offer from fun restaurants and eclectic shopping to grocery stores and ice cream, and minutes from Griffith Park.

Named after our beloved Faffy of Galveston, Texas who’s adventurous spirit and love of a good time in a warm house inspired us to open this hillside gem to like minded travelers and bon vivants. At 450 sq. feet, Faffy’s Place is a large private single guest house on a quiet Los Feliz/Silverlake hillside. Faffy’s Place is completely private with its own entrance, garden and patio. It has been newly remodeled with a full feature kitchen and bathroom.

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. One of the best things about our space is that you feel you are in nature not in urban Los Angeles. When you wake up in the master bed in the morning the only view through the sheers ia bamboo, trees and usually a bright blue sky. When you sit up you see the beautiful new deck and pool. Life is good :)
